Buon Hotel posizione ottimale ma sembra un labirinto di camere ma il cibo é abbastanza buono.SI PERDONO GLI AMICI PER LE STANZE.Il bagno è piccolo e in certi bagni c'è la fantastica doccia-cesso dove il WC sta sotto la doccia così che puoi fare tutte le due cose contemporaneamente.Colazione abbondante e buona per una giornata impegnata.In una camera la doccia non stava in bagno ma da un' altra parte dove si vedeva tutto.Le stanze con più di 2 persone sono piccole quanto le camere da due certe anche più piccole.Wi-Fi non funzionante al 3°piano ma al resto si e non c'è campo per la connessione dati

It was a positive experience. The hotel is located in a strategic position for visiting Assisi. There is free parking nearby even if the directions are rubbish and unclear. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Andati solo per la notte di capodanno.non discuto sul prezzo che può essere anche giustificabile per la data ma non vale proprio quanto chiesto. Bagno fatiscente,caldo disarmante,coperte vecchissime.

Hotel situato in posizione strategica 150 metri sopra la Basilica di San Francesco. Possibilità di arrivare a pochi metri dalla struttura per carico scarico bagagli. Pargheggio San Giacomo situato poco sopra 48 scalini. Hotel a 3 stelle, rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Stanze pulite, la nostra aveva il bagno già ristrutturato con box doccia. Servizio veloce e sempre cordiale. Colazione normale, non tantissima scelta ma abbastanza abbondante. Fortemente consigliato.

Siamo stati benissimo, 3 camere matrimoniali grandi e curate,buffet della colazione abbondante e torte fatte in casa. Accoglienza genuina e molto familiare. Parcheggio a due passi e gratuito. Ultimo,ma non per ultimo, a due passi da la Basilica di San Francesco. Consigliato.

Del tutto incomprensibili le recensioni entusiastiche; in effetti è un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata generale, soprattutto per i bagni piccolissimi, per non parlare di ragnatele centenarie e financo tracce di segatura negli angoli (quantomeno vuol dire che il pavimento qualche volta è stato pulito); ero lì con una folta comitiva di ragazzi di dodici tredici anni e nessuno ha gradito la permanenza. Le foto presenti nel sito e qui in tripadvisor si riferiscono probabilmente ad altro hotel. Buona la colazione, decisamente mediocri pranzo e cena. Insomma con una gestione più attenta si potrebbe ottenere un risultato decisamente migliore. Stando così le cose il consiglio è di evitarlo.
