From the Hotel to the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi it is approximately 15' of a "good" climb on foot (but the view is incredible, along with the olive tree plantations), but soon after we are practically inside the Basilica, and From there, just explore the city of Assis. Friendly reception, OK room (no luxury), served us very well (warm and quiet). Simple but delicious breakfast. Free parking and the Hotel has a restaurant that opens at night, we didn't use it, but it was full. (*) If you can, buy the olive oil sold at the Hotel at a cost of €8, it is available for tasting (Breakfast table).

Very nice and welcoming structure. You can park easily and have a beautiful and characteristic inn for eating. The owners are very kind and helpful. We breathed the true a**osphere of Chris**as throughout the entire structure. Comfortable and clean rooms. The best are the homemade breakfast desserts. Spectacular! A bit of a road to get to the Basilica, but highly recommended!!!

Relaxing holiday HOTEL away from the chaos but just a few minutes from the beautiful Basilica of S. Francesco. The breakfasts with coffee and cappuccino from the bar, both savory and sweet, are always fresh and non-industrial with generous portions. Rooms ok. Nice, clean hotel run by very helpful and kind people. Bedroom and bathroom with everything you need. Equipped with parking and close to the Basilica of San Francesco and as written by others reachable via an uphill path. The tarts we tasted for breakfast were excellent.

If I could I would have given a higher rating. Small family-run establishment where everything is at the TOP. Starting with the hospitality of the owners Liliana and Giancarlo. Simply furnished but spotlessly clean rooms, equipped with everything. The environment where breakfast is served is nice and, among other things, excellent, many delicacies prepared every day by Mrs. Liliana, variety of sweet drinks and for those who prefer savory foods. A round of applause also to the lady who always collaborates, smiling and very kind. In short, I felt pampered. I love Umbria and I hope to return soon.
