Il proprietario persona gentilissima, ottima pulizia della camera, ottima posizione in centro da poter visitare tutta Assisi a piedi compresa la Basilica di San Francesco. La posizione è molto silenziosa nonostante fosse in centro. Consigliatissimo.

We were welcomed by the owner of the property, with extreme kindness and absolute availability, even before arriving in Assisi. And even during our stay he was always attentive to our needs and gave us excellent advice. It is located in front of San Rufino, a splendid area of the city, and is very convenient with the bus stop in Piazza Matteotti (for example for those arriving by train at Assisi station). Room as we expected, clean, quiet. There is no breakfast service, but in a few minutes you can reach a bar/pastry shop with a wide sweet/savoury choice, always appropriately recommended by Mr Carli.

The owner was very welcoming, the rooms were clean, tidy and quiet. Located in the center of Assisi near the Rufino cathedral. Possibility of free parking (Mr. Carli personally accompanied us). Very characteristic room with mezzanine with spectacular views. We will definitely take it into consideration for a next visit to the city.
