Reception da scartare, decisamente non professionale, soprattutto formati in maniera pessima. (Non si può,per legge di privacy, non chiedere i documenti a chi entra con una semplice scusa. Cucina e servizio decisamente impeccabile . personale decisamente divertente .

Ci siamo stati per il ponte dell'Immacolata. In zona centrale,vicino alla stazione ma non è un 4 stelle. Camere piccole,poche prese di corrente e non c'è la cassaforte in camera. Sinceramente mi aspettavo di più ds un r stelle, buona la colazione e personale gentile. Al ristorante si mangia benissimo,da provare assolutamente

La spesa per una camera doppia non è assolutamente adeguata. (165 euro ).Camere e bagno piccolissimi, mancanza di prese doppie vicino al comodino, coperte stile caserma! Non è stata all'altezza delle nostre aspettative! Gli unici pregi la tranquillità e comodo al centro.

Da Cremona ad Asti in macchina, parcheggio gratuito di fianco all'Hotel, Ceck in perfetto, stanza al 4° piano silenìziosa, pulitissima, Wifi free, TV satellitare, colazione ottima e abbondante. Ceck out perfetto. Da ripetere.

Ottimo hotel in pieno centro a piedi possiamo andare ovunque. Nelle vicinanze ottimo ristoranti. Camere e servizi ampi con tutti i comfort. Buona prima colazione. Personale gentile , cordiale e molto competente. Possibile parcheggiare a pochi metri.

Per questo hotel, mi sento obbligato di mettere una recensione. Quando uno viaggia per un 4 stelle, si aspetta a tutto ma non questo. Piastrelle rotte, un bagno che sembra quello di un vecchio ospedale, giunti rovinati, vecchi…lettino della piccola che fa rumore e non stabile. Una climatizzazione che fa rumore e che non riesce a tenere costantemente la temperatura, troppo caldo, ho troppo freddo. Faccio raramente commento ma cosi non va! sono vent’anni, che tutte le settimane, per motivi di lavoro o altro, che vado sempre negli hotel in questo caso era per un weekend in famiglia. Darei un 2,5 stelle. Tutto è molto vecchio, merita una ristrutturazione totale. Con tutta la sincerità. Se cercate un quattro stelle lasciate perdere. Qualità prezzo non va bene! Non ho preso foto perché non volevo mettere in difficoltà l’hotel. Il personale è cortese!

PER UN BREVE soggiorno ad asti, abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura, stanza po' piccola, si vede ristrutturate come il bagno, però ottima posizione centrale, ci si sposta bene a piedi, per visitare i beni artistici,,buona la colazione, personale gentile, e stanze silenziose, sicuramente da ritornarci
