Excellent hotel! the first time we lived in a five. VERY spacious beautiful rooms, even standard ones, have all the necessary things like towels and shampoo. A good view of the Volga. In general, there are large windows everywhere and any view with space seems cool. Breakfast is buffet and filling. The only thing missing was entertainment. There is a swimming pool though. but we didn't manage to swim. did not have enough time

We had a family vacation in November 2023. We took a two-room suite. Among the advantages: 1) good location, 2) room with a view of the Volga, 3) comfortable double bed. 4) good bed linen 5) good breakfast, quite varied, with live music Among the shortcomings: 1) poor cleaning: we entered the room and immediately noticed someone else’s toothpick on the floor. Okay, the maid didn't notice, it happens. So we had this toothpick for the entire 4 days of our stay. Why do I see her, but the person who cleans the room doesn’t?! And in general the cleaning is very so-so. Well, thank you, at least they changed the towels. 2) “tired” numbers. The furniture, carpets and plumbing are not even second best. 3) problems with sockets. You won't be able to charge your phone while lying on the bed, since the outlet is a fair distance from the bed. You have to choose so much: either you charge your phone, or use the bedside lighting, because there is only one socket for them))) in general, the bedroom lighting is bad: only a dim bedside light and a crappy lamp on the dressing table. There isn't even a floor lamp. 4) VERY bad restaurant. Open until 11 p.m. We arrived at night, hungry, and couldn’t even buy sandwiches. We have never encountered such a thing that it was impossible to eat anything at night in the “five”. We went to bed hungry. The next day we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. They took a salad with beef, steak, fish soup, aperoli and something else, I don’t remember. Of all the above, only aperoli were edible). The steak is just terrible. Obviously the meat is not what is stated, the roast is “sole”, it is not chewable, although they asked for medium. The salad is simply tasteless. Ukha is a watery liquid with almost no fish. Are you serious?! We paid more for this “dinner” than for lunch at the Almond restaurant (an awesome place by the way). The kitchen in the "five" should not be at this level. There weren't even nuts to go with the beer. Only chips of an unknown brand, the taste is very mediocre. Something needs to be done about the kitchen in this hotel. We travel a lot, and no city has ever had such a problem restaurant where there is really nothing to eat. By the way, there is also nowhere to eat near the hotel and no shops. One Georgian restaurant, poor. Try to eat in advance in the center before returning to the hotel. You can only drink there. There is a large swimming pool and spa, but I can’t tell you about it, we didn’t use it. In general, you can stay here, but don’t expect much)

I've been in fives and they are all different. For Astrakhan, I think this is the best hotel, of course, I guess I’m judging it from my experience of visiting other cool hotels. In fact, everything is good here - the rooms are large, the furniture is not Soviet, the food in the restaurants is good, the reception girls are nice. But there’s not enough chic for the top five, additional premium services or something. Although I note that there is a nice swimming pool with a sauna

На полноценные 5 звёзд однозначно не дотягивает, с учётом цены за сутки, печально. останавливались семьей из 3 взрослых на 2 ночи, доп место предоставили жесточайшую раскладушку, это при оплате полноценного взрослого…. И как оказалось, вид на Волгу чудесен, но под окнами мост по которому с грохотом грузовики круглые сутки носятся, не выспались вобщем. Заехали вечером, повелись на наличие заявленных на сайте 3 ресторанов, пошли ужинать в отеле…. Лучше бы заказали из кфс доставку рядом, по факту работал только лобби бар, меню маленькое, но есть из чего выбрать, брали разные блюда, но все ооочень не вкусно, а стейк из осетра цены не малой и карбонара это вообще несъедобно было… ну и из горячительных напитков, в лобби баре… были только пиво бутылочное 0.33, арарат, апероль и полусладкое игристое Абрау, это добило. номер стандарт с видом на Волгу просторный, все принадлежности в наличии, правда, как не странно не было мини бара в холодильнике, завтраки хорошие, бассейн с террасой тоже, но сильно хлорирован, и заявленные Часы работы до 22.00 не соответствуют действительности, в 21.40 всех просят удалиться. Так как днём жара- отдыхали в номере, после ухода в 18 часов, уборку не проводили, хотя горничная на тот момент была в соседнем номере, просто поставили под дверь воды. Отдельно только хочу сказать спасибо девушке на ресепшене, не запомнила как зовут, но она решила нашу небольшую проблему с бронированием и документами, спасибо!!

Неожиданно нас этот отель выручил! Забронировали на семью с маленькими детьми вроде бы неплохой отель в Астрахани. не буду называть. и в последний момент. уже подъезжаем и нашу бронь скинули. мол технические накладки. И остаться ночью на улице с двумя детьми это было просто невероятно!! Начали быстро искать другой и на наше удивление, в Гранд отеле оказались номера. нам предложили Люкс, где мы все смогли поместиться и вышло еще дешевле чем первый вариант. потому как там предлагали 2 номера.! Плюс номер был с хорошим завтраком. А еще и бассейн. но мы были к этому не готовы) Большая благодарность отелю и всем сотрудникам.

Номер, обслуживание, расположение на 5 баллов. Завтрак хороший включен в проживание. Из развлечений – есть бассейн с сауной, терраса с видом на Волгу. Но хотелось бы еще какой-то анимации, куда сходить тем, кто живет, помимо басика и ресторанов. А если надо просто пожить с комфортом – самое то считаю.

Общее впечатление от отеля осталось положительное. Главное - большой приятный номер, есть всё необходимое, перечислять нет смысла. были с Стандарте. Если бы еще номер выходил на Волгу. то вообще было бы шикарно. В другой раз учтем) Номер был с завтраком, по еде всё понравилось. даже муж оценил, хотя в этом плане он привиредлив. Вот тут то мы и налюбовались на Волгу. Если по заселению - всё быстро, без особых вопросов. девушка подсказала, что в отеле есть бассейн. Это кстати отдельный плюс - большой бассейн с сауной. Народу не много. можно спокойно поплавать. Единственное. вроде и набережная рядом, но вокруг мало где погуляешь, только ехать в центр, но в плане комфорта нам всё зашло.
