The room is large and the bedrooms are fine, the only good with the location, views and the friendly staff. We went to Santa Week and the beds were dressed only with a sofa and a bed, we had a coat for the two beds we share because it was cold, we could have asked another, but we were so dressed. Hotel is very good, but I would not recommend the restaurant. Starter was excellent (3 langoustinas with carpaccio of viera). Then I had kind of steak, my husband had fabada asturiana. Buen hotel el con muy buena atención, limpio, con aparcamiento y tranquilo a pesar de estar cerca de la autovía. En mi caso, fui en grupo y solicitamos una habitación más para re ubicarnos porque al final venía un viajero más, más tarde que el grupo, y no hubo problemas, es más nos querían mandar a la camarera de planta por si las camas estaban deshechas, ya que nos habíamos tumbado después del viaje. Un detalle esas pequeñas cosas. Habitaciones renovadas y buen buffet desayuno.

Great location close to beach & bars & restaurants. Super helpful staff The room was large, very modern, well furnished & equipped, & peaceful There’s a 15 minute parking bay outside for unloading, then staff helpful in sorting discounted parking 2 minutes away. Buffet breakfast really good too. What’s not to like – a lovely 2 night stay.

We stayed in two rooms for five nights. Travelled with older parents. Location is great for those wanting to be next to beach! Our stay was wonderful. Hotel is clean and modern. Our rooms were just right, clean, beds, sheets and pillows were comfortable! We slept well. No allergies. I was worried about pet dander but felt well in rooms. Heads up to the room cleaning team! 👍 Friendly and helpful. Everyday after our outings we came back to a clean room, beds made wonderfully. Breakfast was nice but nothing extraordinary. More options and larger selection would have been nice: avocado, better coffee. Service was nice. Hotel value/price/Quality/ was good! We parked off street and had no problems. If you don’t find parking on side street there is a huge free parking lot a 100 meters away! One con is that there isn’t enough lighting in the rooms especially for older folks. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel as a whole is a beautiful place in a wonderful location. The first impression was great. Friendly and welcoming check-in. However, once details come up and they are not resolved, it becomes annoying. Rooms lack basic amenities like tissues, cotton buds, cotton pads, nail file (amenities that are standard in a 5 star hotel). The same room types, which cost exactly the same per night, differ in the amenities that are available in some and not in others. We have 3 rooms of the same category. For example, there is full body mirror in room 203. But a mirror in room 202. (Same room type.) There is a long full-length mirror in 203 and 103 and there is none in 202. There is also a coffee maker in 202 but not in the other 2 rooms.. these are small insignificant details. The biggest problem is not the lack of amenities but the lack of attention because there is not enough staff. It's really a ”one man show”.... In the F&B areas. At the reception... no one answers the phone when you need reception and the coffee at breakfast only comes after breakfast has already been served... feel sorry for the poor staff, they are overworked. However when you need something done in the room... you can call and call, they might apologise but no other solution is given other than a room move. Which on a holiday is not very practical. The bathroom blinds in room 202 are damaged, no one even tries to fix it. In room 203 the windows do not open (faulty) maintenance does not check the condition... only solution is a room move... it would be nice for at least a gesture of finding a solution... I hope the people in charge read this because the place is beautiful, it has a lot of potential and it would be nice if other future guests could enjoy it and not be annoyed by small details that add up and become a burden during the stay.
