Wir waren zum ersten mal auf Empfehlung im Hotel. Die Lage ist top, der Pool schön und die Zimmer auch. Es ist alles sehr sauber… schade dass es am Pool keine Getränke gibt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Ein Zimmer abseits der Straße ist zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Internet funktioniert gut. Insgesamt alles bestens.

The best hotel to stay in Asuncion, the staff is amazing, they took care of everything, very nice rooms. I would recommend staying here always. Great location, you have everything in just 5 or minutes, malls, restaurants, the airport is only 10 min away from the hotel, I will stay here and also recommend it to everyone that want a great place to stay

Excellent hotel. Service and customer care are exceptional. The manager and team are always thinking about your comfort and satisfaction. The rooms are clean, the amenities top-notch, and the location is perfect. Highly recommended!!

I stayed for 2 nights with check in July 8, 2023 and I am very pleased! Welcomed by the friendly staff and after receiving the amenities as a Platinum Ambassador member I was surprised by what this property has to offer: the Business Center featuring a Mac Pc desktop computer and a tasty snack near the evening time, which includes coffee. Nice addendum as it makes the stay even more enjoyable. Reservations department handles very well the advance purchase reservation and this establishment has a appealing swimming pool that I guess becomes so refreshing in summer time. I will certainly come back for my next trip to the lovely Asuncion!

Everything was excellent, very good and full the service of breakfast, very good the attention of the staff, very clean and confortable the room and the bathroom but...... the wi-fi is OPEN, so it is NOT SURE for operating with the banks and during all my stay I could not use it. In spite the staff gave me the key to enter, it was not necessary because when passing the entrance door it was already connected.

Excelente experiencia, recepción impecable muy bien atendidos, habitación limpia y con muy buenos amenities, aire acondicionado muy buen. Excelente desayuno muy buena variedad de planificados y jugos.. Spa y piscina en último piso muy bueno. Localización del hotel inmejorable

Siempre es un gusto volver a Asunción y al Holiday Inn! .. todo impecable...y cerca de los principales shoppings y del aeropuerto. La habitación muy comoda y todo funcionaba perfectamente. Ademas de contar con un buen lugar, cómodo y amplio, para tener reuniones de negocios.

Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme en este hotel tanto por negocios como en fines de semana con mi familia, y siempre ha sido una excelente experiencia. El personal es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesites. Los recepcionistas son geniales en cualquier turno. El desayuno es delicioso y variado, con muchas frutas y opciones saladas. Además, es muy nutritivo. Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras y siempre están limpias. Después de un día de trabajo, es un placer llegar y encontrar todo en orden. La cama es comodísima y realmente se destaca. #lamejorcamadelpais Hay un amplio estacionamiento y siempre hay seguridad. Además, tienen muy buenas salas de reuniones y espacios para eventos. Mi Evaluación: • Habitaciones: 10/10 • Desayuno: 10/10 • Servicios: 10/10 • Atención al Cliente: 10/10 Siempre es un placer volver a este hotel, ya sea por negocios o con la familia.
