Its excellent place for travelers especially for summer that has especial beach for hotel resident that provides excellent service plus gym , its good 5 star hotel and its the only real 5 star hotel in samsun city thats very close to shopping center and the hotel service is excellent , very clean and very polite staff with clean restaurant and variety of food , I recommend it to every one who want travel to samsun city . Its also has parking for travelers with car.

This is a disgusting hotel. We pay 749 lira for a room, we had two rooms. As soon as we entered the room, we qanted to leave. Paint are off the wall. The bathroom is so disgusting, didnt have a stomach to take a picture. Moved rooms, that wasnt any better. Spent most of the day outside as we didn't want to spend any time in the room than necessary. The keetle was beyong the word dirty. Waste of money. Its not worth 49 lira, never mind, 749 lira.

Stayed with my family in this hotel already three times and all three times everything was good. Family room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Underground parking is available but if it is heavy raining outside the parking is full of water but personal handles it quick. Breakfast was very good every time we were there.

Everything except the balcony was good, there was a window and balcony looking like construction

Malum, hotel prices increased considerably with all other prices. Therefore, the hotel price became a very important parameter for us, especially those who travel frequently for business. I wanted to make a correct choice in terms of price performance in Samsun. I chose the Konaks Hotel. I am very happy. The staff are very friendly. My room was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. I will surely prefer this hotel again in my next visits.
