I enjoyed my stay in Stella Di Mare sea club hotel, one of my best vacations in El Sokhna, I almost enjoyed everything, the clean room, variety of tasty food, one of the best beaches in Sokhna without rocks, the aqua park was wonderful my daughter liked it a lot, the daily kids club on beach and the shows at the theater were fantastic. The staff is helpful and very friendly trying to do their best to keep you happy and enjoying. For sure I will be back again to Stella Di Mare Sea Club next vacation.

My recent stay at Tanoak Hotel left a lot to be desired. From the noise disturbance to the lack of a private beach and the unfortunate case of food poisoning, the overall experience was far from pleasant. Let's start with the rooms, or should I say, lack of peacefulness. The walls must have been made of tissue paper because I could hear every single sound from the neighboring rooms. The constant slamming of doors throughout the night made it impossible for me to get a decent night's sleep. It was as if there was no soundproofing at all, resulting in a restless and frustrating stay , The bed was reminiscent of rocks masquerading as mattresses, left me with a severe back pain. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the promise of a private beach. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that there was no such luxury. The hotel failed to deliver on its advertised amenities, leaving us feeling deceived and disappointed. It would have been a nice bonus to have a tranquil beach area exclusively for hotel guests, but instead, we had to share overcrowded Beach. To make matters worse, my husband suffered from food poisoning on our last day at the hotel. This was an incredibly distressing experience, exacerbated by the fact that there was no hospital nearby for immediate medical attention. We were left in a helpless situation, with no option but to check out the next day and travel back home with my husband in such a sick state. Our journey was frequently interrupted as he had to stop every couple of kilometers to vomit. This not only added physical discomfort but also cast a dark shadow over our entire stay at Tanoak Hotel. In conclusion, my stay at Tanoak Hotel was nothing short of a letdown. The constant noise from neighboring rooms, lack of a promised private beach, and the distressing case of food poisoning made this trip a complete nightmare. I am deeply dissatisfied with the experience and would caution others who are considering staying here. Tanoak Hotel needs to address these issues promptly to ensure that future guests do not have to endure similar disappointments.

Every thing was perfect, the olace is very cozy and comfy for relaxing and escape the world, the food was wooow varied and tasty and the rooms was super comfy and clean also the house keeping was perfect ,the sandy clean beach was spectacular and it's not very far from the rooms also the golf cars always available ,the pools eas heated and super clean and safe for kids , the play area for kids was very good , all rooms have a pool view which is amazing, i had a great time and i would come back again isa 😍

The environment of the hotel is very good. After arriving at the hotel, I decided to stay one more night and upgraded to a sea view room. The room is big but the equipment is relatively old and simple. Breakfast and dinner are good. The hotel is all locals, very friendly, and there are The activity arrangement is good. On the second day, our child's throat became irritated and caused fever. The hotel also had a doctor who prescribed medicine for free, and also introduced the Cairo hospital to us. Thank you very much. When we arrived in Cairo, we were worried and went to the hospital. The hospital doctor agreed with the hotel doctor's diagnosis and medication. The child recovered the next day. Thank you very much! By the way, the doctors in the hotel and Cairo Hospital did not discriminate against us because we were Chinese and had a fever. They did not even wear masks deliberately, or even disagreed with our request for virus testing. In this terrible period of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, it is very valuable. thank you very much! Was a joyful stay.. Stuff were helpful and animation teams were great people ,night bands (oriental oude,animation dancing team ,saxophone and solo singers) were outstanding. Loved my first time experience there♡! Would recommend this place for sure ^_^
