فندق سيء جدا و تعامل الإدارة مع ضيوف الفندق سيء جدا و بتحسهم بس عايزين يسحبوا منك فلوس بأي شكل من الأشكال و بيتلككوا حتى يعملوا معك مشكلة حتى يدفعوك فلوس بأي حاجة وانا لا انصح اي حد يروح لأنها حتكون اسوء تجربة بحياتك انا اشتغلت بفنادق لمدة 10 سنوات و اعرف ازاي لازم يتعامل الفندق مع الضيف اما هذا الفندق فهو اسوء تجربة فندقية و لا انصح به ابدا

The visit was on March 11, until March 12, 2022. The place, Eastern El Galala Aqua Park, is pretty nice and nice, but despite the attempts of the managers, they helped us, especially Ms. Hanan, the director of public relations, who I was really honored to know because she tried so hard to compensate us for what we saw, and she heard our complaint and wrote it down as well, but the place It is supposed to be new, and yet it is very, very bad.. The good thing is the cleanliness of the place and the natural view that you see.. but you will find all the people doing something else, which is a real farce.. There is no variety in the food and unfortunately its taste is not sweet at all.. The respectable thing is that The chef saw us upset. We made a special meal.. Even though I booked my husband’s room, there was no cover for two people, only one cover, and even though we asked for the last one, no one passed us by, and even when I reached the housekeeping, he brought us bags of Nescafe instead of tea, after tricks, he brought me two bags, and I must inform him every moment.. and the smell of the refrigerator is exhaled. Very, very good. There was fish in it and it didn't fall at all. There is rust in many places in the bathroom, and the bathroom base is not stable at all, as if it will come off the floor.. and the air conditioner is unnaturally loud.. maintenance in general is very poor.. burnt out bulbs and the room door had part of the switch removed from the outside, meaning any normal person would notice this and its electricity. The lamps touch and prefer to light up and turn off on their own!!!!.. If there is a half-board barrier, you will not take any kind of drinks, not even a water dispenser. This means that if it shines while you are eating, you will most likely die, or try while you are dying to order water and you will pay 20 pounds in the small bottle first and then drink it!! ! A cup of juice that tastes disgusting, all of it, is 75 pounds, and you will not know the prices unless you ask or are shocked.. The prices in general are not normal and not worth it.. A few sandwiches were literally 5 sandwiches and two Coca-Cola canteens for which we paid exactly 485 pounds...I honestly don’t know if we had lunch what we would pay. How many thousand, especially since there is no menu that tells you the prices before you order.. It is supposed to include dinner towels, but there are not even any napkins. If you are thinking of bringing children, keep in mind because there are no lengths to the swimming pool, meaning you will not know how deep it is until you get into it. Also, do not go in the winter because there is no warm swimming pool.. The winter will be snowy and you will not go to swimming pools and you do not understand how to do water games and there is no thermal swimming pool!!. The TV is very bad, there are no channels in order, there is no receiver, and you will not be able to switch to the channel you want. It is only suitable for days in the summer. Unless you go in the winter, the water will not fall completely, but if you stay for a few days, you will be very, very tired psychologically. Even though the place is still new. And it was still opening, so the hotel should not be wasted because of all these disasters.. It is also very expensive to live in this comical scene.. I do not know what they will do when they work hard.. Even there are no uniforms and you will find them all dressed normally, you do not know who is working and who is staying.. My sincere thanks go to Ms. Hanan She really tried in every way to make the vacation a happy one, but unfortunately the circumstances of the place were stronger than her assistance.. but she is truly a respectable person and I was very honored to know her, and the chef in the restaurant.. I apologize that you had to write this, but you must control the world seriously because it is forbidden for people to pay money in the place. And it's like this.. I won't ever recommend it at all..so expensive for nothing 1.no soap just a very small tinny one for the entire room and you can see the photo added. 2.very bad Electricity, even the place is very new (just two months ago was the opening) not crowdy also so nothing used that much but you can hear a loud voice for AC that you c
