Liked pretty much everything about my stay. Breakfast was great. Only negative thing if I had to say was housekeeping knocking on my door at 10am when check out was 11am. I did have the do not disturb sign in the door too. When I opened the door what looked like a supervisor said she was checking if I needed anything?? I was checking out that day I didn’t need anything. Maybe if I stayed over but I wasn’t. Overall it was great stay and great value.

Beds are comfortable and they have a wonderful front desk receptionist named Kaitlyn, she’s so kind and always willing to lend a hand!

Nice place but not sure of the beds being quee size. Breakfast wasn't to bad had i found some. Wasn't even 8 a.m and Breakfast is over at 9 and they had only eggs left bacon was far to over cooked. Biscuits were to hard. I had better Breakfast at this place before and it was far way better.

The property is very dated, and the walls are "paper thin." You can hear every door opening and closing. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

When I arrived at the hotel I was told by the front end staff that my stay had been cancelled two days prior. Since I booked through ******* I was not notified of the cancellation due to a over booking error between Choice Hotels and the third party (*******). After some frantic searching for an available room, the front end staff member was able to find a room due to a guest not showing up. The front end staff member did escort me up to the room to make sure it was “ready”, and it first glance it seemed ok. Once I settled into the room I noticed the floor had not been vacuumed, there were crumbs on the floor by the bed, an assortment of “debris” under the furniture, a dirty plastic fork on the floor by the bed, and later in the evening I discovered the room had fleas. I did not discover this until hours later around 4 am. I immediately packed up my bags, went down to the front desk and kindly asked to check out, and receive a refund for my stay. The front end staff was very apologetic once I showed proof of the room conditions I had taken with my phone and stated the manager would call me when she got in. I never received a call from the manager, when I tried calling back a few days later regarding the refund of charges, I called the hotel to speak with the manager. I was told she was on the other line, but would call me back. I have still not received a call from the manager, and I am disputing the charge on my cc for that stay.

The room was not cleaned very well. Food items were left on top of the desk and the refrigerator had several items, including spilled and spoiled items. The floor was clearly not vacuumed.
