Visitamos solo el Restaurante de Koanze disfrutamos de una Comida casi Cena, el lugar es muy bonito, tiene una linda vista a los jardines, El Menu es muy amplio, con gran variedad de opciones para todos los presupuestos y paladares, El Servicio y Atención fue rápida, Platillos bien preparados, porcion y sabor Ordenamos Salmón, Lengua, Hamburguesa y Tacos de Cárnitas, de sus Cócteles fue un Jamaical y Margarita Mezcal tuvo Deli , Es fresco y frio al anochecer para calentarnos un poco ordenamos Capuchino y Chocolate .

Lugar estupendo pero el servicio es deprimente. Los meseros tardan mucho y te sirven lo que se acuerdan, no lo que pediste; les solicité una cena romántica para mi esposa y para mi, y cuál va siendo la sorpresa que al llegar no había nada preparado m, solo se remitieron a de fir que había sido un error del restaurante. En fin echaron a perder la sorpresa y desde luego que nunca hicieron un descuento por sus incompetencias. No vuelvo a visitar el lugar.

Very nice hotel! Great employees,great serice.Food is not too good and overpriced.We complained about our meal and did not get charged.Later we ordered pizza for a snack and it was not edible but we did not complain because we did not want them to think we complained to get something free.
