Nice hotel close to things

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel while she was at a dance competition at the Classic center. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable and the location was quite convenient. Once we arrived at the hotel, we parked our car and didn't drive it again until we left Athens. There are many restaurants and nice stores for shopping that are a short walk from this hotel.

No place to hang your clothes - what hotel doesn’t have some kind of clothes rack in the room. We brought all of our clothes hanging for the function so I set up the ironing board as a makeshift rack and keep my sport coat hanging in the car. I called to ask where the nearest ice machine was and told it was broken to come back to the office. The floors were filthy. Cute concept and was excited to try it but won’t be back. I have stayed at five other properties near UGA that are far superior.

Always excellent service at the Graduate. Bathrooms need a little updating/painting. Other than that, was a pleasant stay.

This was a fantastic hotel. We could walk to downtown easily. Parking was great, the grounds were beautiful. The only negative is that there wasn’t a full length mirror in the room so we couldn’t see how we looked before going out. That’s the only downside, so that shows what a great hotel it is.
