It’s a city centre location; convenient, but loud, messy and dirty on the streets. Hotel is next to police station. Staff nice, BUT: no napkins at breakfast, no small spoon for coffe. You have to ask for them all the time. They have plant based milk, but you have to ask for that too. And at front desk they never said hello or good bye when coming and going. Room: clean, but the airconditioning is a pain in the ass. During the night you freeze, then it stops, then you sweat. So we caught a cold…Room cleaning was randomly done: they gave 1 new towel, didn’t collect the dirty ones and took the towel you step out the shower and didn’t give any new. Breakfast: all right, coffee not so good.

We arrived at the hotel and were given a tiny room, there was literally no room to move about in the room. We requested twin beds which were stuck together to make a double. We tried moving them apart but that meant even less room. The bathroom was clean but the sink was so tiny it was impossible to use. The neighbourhood is dangerous, lots of homelessness and drug users outside. It is not recommended to walk around at night. The Air con didn’t work, when we complained we were told there’s nothing they can do and cannot move us into a new room. Breakfast isn’t topped up and half an hour before they close the breakfast they stop providing food and cutlery, and again when complained they simply just say they can’t help. Do not recommend this hotel.

Feel not safe!! Once we arrived one girl got stolen and there was a claim there from her, we try refund and book another hotel but hotel refused and he said there is no one stolen!!!

A centrally located hotel in Athens. The hotel itself is newly renovated and clean. Our room was small but comfortable.

The hotel we stayed in in Athens was simply amazing🚁! When I was choosing a hotel online before departure, I saw that this hotel was newly opened in 2023. From the photos, the hotel is well lit and new and clean. The few reviews are not bad. It is only 1-2 minutes away from Omonoia Station in Athens. It was so convenient, so I booked a room for 4 nights. It was okay when I checked in on the first night. The hotel lobby felt spacious and spacious. There was a bar at the end filled with wine and a large coffee machine. The corridor on the room floor seems to have not been fully decorated, and there are wires hanging from the ceiling. But it doesn’t affect me very much. The room is quite big, you can open 2 large suitcases at the same time🧳, and it's also clean. Adequate air conditioning. The bathroom 🛀 provides small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap and soap 🧼. Although the wait took a long time, hot water was available. However, the water pressure of the shower head 🚿 is very weak. When you take a bath, the water will only flow along your arms and cannot be flushed at all. Fortunately, there is another shower on the ceiling. With that one, at least the water can wash over the body, but it is still so weak that it cannot even wash away a hair on the body. I experienced a lot of problems on the second night! At around 10 o'clock in the evening, the air conditioner in the room broke down. Since the phone in the room is just for home use, there is no switch to call the reception, so we walked to the reception and informed the staff. They asked us to go back to the room and wait. Wait, wait... half an hour later, no one showed up. We walked back to the reception and asked, but the staff actually said that it was so late and they couldn't arrange a technician inspection, and they never considered transferring our room. After complaining, a staff member who appeared to be the manager came to our room to confirm whether the air conditioner was broken before arranging to transfer us. We waited and waited again... They called and asked us to take the room card to reception and exchange it with another room card. It's your fault, didn't you take our room to express your apology? And I think you should check the other room first before changing rooms! Luckily, I was adamant about checking it out first. I found a new room. Do not disturb. The lights were on. I knocked on the door and there was a voice. When I was about to leave, my husband wanted to take the card and try it, and then he heard a lady screaming in the room! 😱So we walked to reception again, and after they checked it around, they found that the room was already occupied. Finally, we were arranged to go to another room. The air conditioner was working normally and the water pressure was a little better than the first room. The room is also larger than the original one and has an extra terrace. It should be upgraded. In addition, I also found that the entire second floor was still under construction. It was pitch dark, there were decorators coming in and out, and some shelves were placed in the corridor. There are many kinds of breakfast, but the same food every day. During busy hours, no one clears the dishes from the countertops, and there are not enough people to restock the food. The hotel elevator is so small that it is difficult for guests on the lower floors to squeeze in during busy hours and they have to use stairs. After the criticism, there are still a few things to like. The staff in the afternoon hours are more polite. Ask them where they recommend buying souvenirs. They were all very enthusiastic about the introduction. There is a department store called Hondos Center near the hotel. The items sold are much cheaper than other stores in the market. We bought a lot of hand cream and banana made in Greece as souvenirs there. There is a shop across the road from the hotel that claims to sell the most traditional Greek cheese in Athens. It is well worth a try. We also had to leave at around 5:00 in the morning after check-out. The hotel prepared a bag of breakfast for us to take away. All in all, I really don't understand why this hotel has 4 stars. It should only be worth 2 stars.

This hotel is located 5 minutes from omonia station, very convenient to the Acropolis and the Parliament Building. The hotel rooms are square and spacious (compared to other hotels in Athens), with hot water, slippers, toothbrushes, etc. (other hotels do not provide them), but the elevator is relatively slow. There are also many choices for breakfast.

The hotel is brand new, the decoration is very modern, and all kinds of facilities are available, including kettles, slippers, toothbrushes and so on. It is relatively close to the main attractions, but it saves more effort by car. The 5-day bus ticket in Athens is only 8.4 Euros. In short, I am very satisfied, it is really cost-effective!
