If you are in Athens for a few days then 'this is the place to be'. Beautiful hotel with modern, spacious rooms for a reasonable price. You will be warmly welcomed by the team of the friendliest front office manager, Mr. Borovkov. He is the exponent of customer friendliness and customer focus! This is also reflected in the ladies and gentlemen who provide the delicious breakfast, but also in the gentlemen at the bar for whom no wish is too much. All in all an extraordinary hotel minutes from the center of Athens. So look no further: book your stay at L7 Str Athens!

Apparently nice hotel with friendly staff. When I booked my request was a double bed, absolutely, the hotel's response, all the rooms have a double bed, false: additional single beds. The breakfast is always the same and repetitive, I don't understand who wrote that the desserts come from a pastry shop. Poor pastries, mini croissants and an always the same tart filled with cream. The restaurant only works on weekends and I have never seen anyone there. Cleaning is done daily, but please don't get too dirty, otherwise the cleaning lady will accuse you of something, which by law you wouldn't do. The accusation to me is that I smoked in the room, which I don't do, I respect houses of others, but the fact is that I don't even smoke in my house, I smoke on the balcony. But it's not so much the episode that was unpleasant in itself, but the accusatory manner. Negative experience, plus it's not cheap

From the moment we walked in the hotel we felt welcome. Villy in the reception and all the staff were great and made our stay most enjoyable. The attention to cleanliness, the comfort of the beds and the quality of linen were all remarkable. The hotel has been renovated throughout but retains some of the limitations of the old building, the rooms are a bit small and some have a window over an inner yard. Location is excellent, steps away from the metro in Omonia square and walking distance to Monastirakis. Would definitely go back to this hotel.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. A 10 min walk to main square. Comfy bed and nice touch with some free drinks and bottle of wine in fridge on arrival.

A dark claustrophobic room, small for one, unsatisfactory for two. No room for 2 suitcases and could not put them under the bed. The hand held shower was not on a rail but hung on a single low point in the shower, there was an overhead job but neither my wife or I like them. Nice wash basin ruined by an overly long spout the that effectively bisected the basin, form over function I'm afraid. Emptying the basin resulted in the waste water coming up and over the floor drain. We asked to change rooms but the hotel wanted an extra €3000.oo, yes 3000. The lift doors hinge open blocking the direction to the rooms though the lobby one is okay as one exits to the left. We were there for 5 nights. Overall very poor value.
