Excellent location. Staff polite, friendly and room service was great. Only downside was breakfast. Didn't cater well for vegans. Overall good hotel. Would recommend.

Location was perfect as walking distance to food, places of interest and shopping. Security was tight as you need access card for entry to hotel. Full toiletries were provided. Triple room size was good. Many food selection for breakfast.

location is excellent at the center of Athens, near to all atractions. Breakfast was nice. The room we get was very small with a mini fridge that was full of mini bar products which did not leave any space for us to use.

There were bugs in the mattress, and there were more than a dozen bites on my body. They were very itchy, and the lumps were the size of peanuts and they wouldn't go away. It was so uncomfortable.

Pleasant stay, modern and efficient structure, the only flaw is the lack of a toaster for breakfast. However, positive opinion.

When I told them that I was worried about security issues because the window in the room I was assigned didn't lock, they changed my room. The front desk staff and housekeeper were very kind and I was able to have a safe and comfortable stay. The location is central, about 5 minutes walk from Syntagma Square, and I felt that the safety around the hotel was very good. I feel that I had a very comfortable stay throughout.

Very nice hotel. Clean but poorly soundproofed rooms. Comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast. Very courteous staff.
