Location is GREAT! Very close to metro stop, restaurants, shops, and incredible view of the Acropolis from the rooftop. Property also was very secure. It is gated/locked, door to the foyer also locks, as well as the apartment itself. Great air conditioning. Small kitchen sufficient for simple meals.
The only negatives we ran into was the water heater is small. You need to turn it on 20 min prior to wanting a shower and you need to take a very fast shower as the water does not stay hot for long.
The other issue is the 2 single beds in the living area are very firm, and sleeping in that area is difficult due to the amount of light that sneaks through the blinds/curtains.
I felt the price was fair though so even with the couple negatives i would choose this property again.
