The people that ran the hotel were very kind.

The location is very good, but the room smells a little and is noisy at night. But it's not bad for a few days' rest!! I recommend it

Conveniently located near the metro and the acropolis. Excellent breakfasts and daily room cleaning.

Great stay experience

A nice modern hotel in a great location for all the sites. Has good sized rooms, coffee making facilities, a very comfy bed, great shower (although mould growing around the seal needs attention) balcony, safe & all with breakfast included. What more do you need.

Very well situated, close to the Metro and the Acropolis. Friendly staff and great breakfast. The coffee machine in the room was a life-saver, though the used coffee cups were not cleaned or replaced the next day. It was not possible to individually adjust the temperature in the room.

Very helpful and dedicated staff. Great variety of breakfast choices. Very convenient location. Hotel is even close to a couple of laundromats and grocery stores.

The location is very good, surrounded by good cafes and restaurants.

This hotel is very nice and clean, the staff are very helpful, rooms are clean and modern and has all amenities that you might need, the open buffet breakfast was very delicious and the amount of food was very good, various drinks to satisfy all tastes, the location is centralized nearby main streets, bus and metro stops. I read a lot of reviews regarding the rooms being noisy and this was something of a concern to me, but in reality, I didn't experience any issues related to noise, in fact, I was in a room with a balcony that faced the main busy street and I didn't have any difficulty with noise. Overall a very positive experience.

We loved our stay at @Syngrou Fix hotel. Except that the double/twin rooms are a bit small for two people, everything else was perfect. It's ideally situated close to Plaka, Akropolis and metro and the breakfast is simply amazing. We recommend it and we will come back.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were super nice, professional and friendly. They let us check-in earlier since we arrived early and asked to drop-off our bags. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is very good and tasty. The neighborhood is one of the best in Athens and you can find very good restaurants and bars. The metro is very close . I highly recommend this place!

This was our 2nd time staying in this hotel and it was great, again! Very clean rooms, superb fresh breakfast and very friendly staff, including the housekeeping lady!!! The location is super, close to the center and also close to two areas with great restaurants, Drakou and Georgiou Olympiou!! This will be our regular place to stay in Athens!

We stayed here twice, once at the beginning of our holiday and once at the end. This review relates to both visits. We found the hotel modern, clean, and comfortable. Some reviewers have complained about the air con. When we stayed here it was 40 degrees and and the air con was wonderful. The location is a little ‘off piste’ but very convenient for the acropolis and its museum. There is street parking in the immediate vicinity. Some reviewers have complained about the noise. The hotel is near a busy road, and I wouldn’t want to spend a long time outside the balcony, but the sound proofing is excellent. Breakfast was not to my taste, as there was no fresh fruit salad or freshly squeezed fruit juice, but there were a lot of other options that would appeal to people with different tastes. Finally, a big shout out to the staff at reception who were hugely helpful in accommodating late check-ins, helping us find taxis and even lending us a corkscrew. So, don’t be put off by the bad reviews. I would recommend.
