The apartment was in a convenient location close to the Acropolis and very spacious, with quality furnishings. The customer service was impeccable. Any time I messaged the company, someone replied very quickly with a friendly and helpful response. For example, they arranged a van transport to and from the airport in a nice van with a reasonable cost, as well as taxis when needed. They also gave helpful restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend Bill and John!

Great apartment 1 bedroom with a pull out couch in living room. There is a balcony for smokers. View is just a hotel across the road. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Great coffee and tea supplies. Good size refrigerator. Shopping down street and turn right Dennis was very welcoming and was willing to help out with storage of large suitcase. Alex gave us back our suitcase a week later with other items my daughter had forgotten at the apartment. Many thanks.

Excellent value for money. Ideal for two people, we were 3 and also fine, just right. The apartment is new and its location is really an Asian luxury. In addition Dennis helped us with the movements and was very kind and patient with us, a kiss.

Very very good surprise for this stopover night. We thought we were going to land in a mediocre place given the price of 126€ per night for an apartment for 6 people, on the contrary the apartment is simply magnificent, Very nice decor, perfect services, top equipment Bravo!

As the saying goes; location, location, location. Bill and John’s apartment is that plus atmosphere, appointment and quiet seclusion. The apartment is 900m to the Acropolis, past some great cafes and restaurants. The neighbourhood is vibrant and has a safe feel to it the Metro/Subway is 400m to your front door and Plaka shopping and restaurants are a short walk away. Access to the apartment was easy and only incurred a short wait. All in all we highly recommend it and be happy to stay there again.

We had a very bad experience with Bill and John in Athens. Examples: The accommodation was very noisy (neighbors + street). Some music until late in the evening. There was water damage in the bathroom, which someone has already rated ************. Water damage was still not repaired. Bill and John then canceled my trip even though it went ahead. I assume that they wanted to prevent a negative review about ************. Canceled trips cannot be evaluated. So my 10% travel credit was also canceled. I will never book accommodation there again.
