It has a very small but secured lobby with very helpful ladies (Angela and Stella) mending the reception. They were both very prompt in addressing our queries and helped us to book car and driver/guide for our side trip to Meteora.
We had an awesome 2BR family suite and had breakfast served in our suite. Breakfast was cooked in the hotel's kitchen before being brought in. They even brought in a small cake for my husband's birthday.
Location of hotel is very good, all key sights and shopping and food are within walking distance.
Greatly recommended!!

This was a very pleasant stay with spacious rooms and in an excellent location. The hotel staff are made up of the nicest people you can find. We left some items in the room and they were so kind enough to follow up with me to make sure I received my belongings. I have family that lives in Athens so I will definitely be coming back and you can bet I will be staying here again.
PS The breakfast rocks!!

No hot water upon arrival, called multiple times and was told each time that boiler was "fixed" and to wait another 20 minutes. 3 hours and multiple calls later at midnight kids and my senior mom had to take cold showers after long travel day. Breakfast is included in our price but informed can't accommodate until after 9pm because earlier slots are booked next day. The automatic window covering seems nice except not all the buttons work. No bell cap to help with luggage. A nightmare experience. Come here if the front desk is helpless and cannot find a solution and tells you to wait until the morning.

The staff of the Athens Ikon hotel were the most attentive and helpful that I've ever seen. They assisted with dinner reservations, things to do in the city of Athens, and overall care for us as guests. They definitely went above and beyond, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was delivered to our suite as well. Overall, we were very impressed, and would certainly stay again!
