Claridge Hotel

Arrived late at night left before checkout time, woke up full of bed bug bites and still after a week am trying to cure myself. They should shut down this obscene place!!

It is a few minutes away from the subway station, and after a few stops you can visit the ruins. There is a restaurant and a supermarket where you can eat Greek food right in front of the hotel. Hotel facilities are rather poor. Recommended for those who want to save on lodging costs just by sleeping at night

Nous sommes arrivés à 5h du matin, nous avions échangé par mail afin de prévenir l'hôtel, ce dernier nous avait dit que tout était ok. Arrivé à 5h, l'agent d'accueil, nous informe ne pas être au courant et que les arrivées sont uniquement à 12h. Par "chance" il nous donne quand même une chambre. Malheureusement, le cauchemar à commencé. L’hôtel sentait la cigarette a foison. Cela doit faire plusieurs années qu'ils fument dans cet hôtel. Une fois dans la chambre, l'horreur était présente. Des murs jaunit par la cigarette, une salle de bain remplit de calcaires, de poils et d'autres saletés. Pas de rideau de douche. Les meubles était sales (poussières + meubles collants), les lumières remplis de toiles d'araignées, le frigo non lavé et très ancien. La clim était noir, rempli de poussières, nous avons donc préféré ne pas l'allumer afin de ne pas tomber malade. Et alors les lits, c'était le pire... Des trous de cigarettes dans les draps, des poils, des tâches assez douteuses. Etant exténués du voyage, nous n'avons pas eu le choix que de dormir 3h avant de prendre nos affaires et de partir de ce taudis. Ne louez pas, il ne rembourse pas quand vous vous rendez compte de l'état de cet hôtel. Au final nous avons jeté 300€ par la fenêtre. Sympa le début des vacances. Merci Claridge Hotel !

The first impression is that it's scary... The bed needs to be made, they leave you a sheet and a very old blanket. The room opens from the outside with a key but once you are inside you cannot close it since the key slot is welded so anyone can open it from the outside. The only light that works is the one on the ceiling of the room. The mattresses were very hard and a continuous and annoying noise all day that came from a ventilation hole (I suppose) that was in the bathroom. Everything is dirty and neglected. A mattress in the hallway all week, hallway lights burned out....a shame not to be able to attach photos.

Simply awful. We arrived at 5 a.m., we communicated by email to notify the hotel, the latter told us that everything was ok. Arriving at 5 a.m., the reception agent informed us that he was not informed and that arrivals were only at 12 p.m. By “luck” he still gives us a room. Unfortunately, the nigh**are has begun. The hotel smelled of cigarettes aplenty. They must have been smoking in this hotel for several years. Once in the room, the horror was present. Walls are yellowed by cigarettes, a bathroom is full of limescale, hair and other dirt. No shower curtain. The furniture was dirty (dust + sticky furniture), the lights filled with cobwebs, the fridge unwashed and very old. The air conditioning was dark, full of dust, so we preferred not to turn it on so as not to get sick. And then the beds were the worst... Cigarette holes in the sheets, hairs, rather questionable stains. Being exhausted from the trip, we had no choice but to sleep 3 hours before taking our things and leaving this dump. Don't rent, it doesn't refund when you realize the condition of this hotel. In the end we threw €300 out the window. Nice start to the holidays. Thank you Claridge Hotel!
