I arrived around 1 am and was worried the hotel might be closed for the night. However they have 24hr service so you can check in at any time. The women who worked at nights was very helpful and told me to ask her if I needed to find anything and she’ll tell me where to go. The room itself was clean and came with all you need for the price I payed. The location is amazing, right in the centre and a short walk away from most of the main attractions that you’ll want to be seeing.

My room is 203 and it is *******, I have knocked on the door twice and it knock us back. We asked the receptionist to check if there is anybody inside, when she opened there is no one. The Cleanliness of the hotel is really bad, there are lots of moulds on the walls. Moreover, Many insects in the room, spiders, flies, mosquitoes (very big and small ones), anything you can think of is inside the room. We left in midnight, could not even stay more than an hour in that hotel. Please do not book your hotel for your safety, there are lots of weird people walk nearby the hotel, really bad experience that I had.

It is a shame ******* to offer such a hotel no hot water the owner even when paying did not want to put the air conditioning on the springs on the mattresses more hole impossible to sleep dirty room with the blood of mosquitoes on the walls is when the staff not even a cold hello no smile and ******* let's not talk about it they left us like that their only solutions to find a hotel at my expense hoping that the hotel will reimburse me the nights not carried out despite all the negative reviews ******* continues to offer this type of shameful establishment wasted vacation plus one day less non-reimbursement because cancellation of the flight at the start the worst vacation of my life
