Athens Utopia Ermou

You can't reach the hotel woth taxi and its very hard to find if you don't have internet.

The staff was very accommodating and the room was very good with a great view. We enjoyed ourselves so much that my wife wishes to go back again. It was a great destination for restaurants and shopping and the prices were very reasonable. Thanks again for your kindness and making our stay enjoyable. Best Brad

Great location centrally. Cosy room, with everything you would need (toiletries/toothbrush/sewing kit). We didn’t opt for the breakfast voucher as plently of places to eat right outside. We had a great stay, lovely sized bed. I would just say that if you want a quiet stay this hotel may not be for you, we were on the 4th floor facing the Main Street and it was incredibly loud until almost midnight every night.

-10 out of 5 ! We stayed 9 nights … First of all this hotel is pure scam ! Not even close to 4 stars hotel !!! (There is no lobby) I have no clue where to start !!! Do NOT believe the reviews ! We have a 4 months old baby and those 9 nights was a totally adventure! 1.We didn’t get the room that we booked 2.The elevator doors doesn’t work from time to time 3.The room was dirty and the whole our floor was smelling cigarette including our room! 4.They do not have individual air condition / ventilation per room and of course they do not cleaning them every two days as they mention at their website ! After some kind of fight that I had with a “supervisor” aka (clown) they offer us a junior suite for a night (last night) ! Was worst than our normal room ! Full of dust! And smelly! I won’t mention their bathroom design and this damn door that never close ! Feel free to waste your money and give it a try while there is more cheap and 5 out 5 hotels without this “fake luxury” things ! The only positive from those 9 nights was those 3 persons who were working at the reception and tried their best to help us without luck! Keep in mind there is none in charge around at this hotel ! And they do not offer breakfast at those prices !!!! Also I wanna mention that those “awards” hanging above the reception on the wall are fake - printed by them …. I have multi videos so I can give a taste to fellow travelers but unfortunately the tripadvisor allows only pictures.

ATHENS UTOPIA ERMOU is amazing hotel!! The hotel is very well clean.  We (couple) stayed 6 days without breakfest (many options outside). Room with very good view to ACROPOLIS , bed & shower excelent. There is a nice Bar on the roof(7th floor).  All staff were extremely welcoming, polite and incredibly helpful, especially ARMAN and AGELUS. Great location, ERMOU Street. Fair pricing, recomeded to make reservations directly via the hotel website.  EXCELENT stay and highly recommended.

Amazingly located at the heart of Ermou and outstanding views of the Acropolis. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room was quite unique and the bed was extremely comfortable and spacious.
