The place was clean , super quiet , everything was amazing and on top of that with an amazing rooftop view and bar! It was an amazing night of sleep, located less than two minutes from the train station in a very nice place , loved it would 100% come back

Just a few minutes walk from Monastiraki metro station, you can get there with no transfers from the airport and just one transfer from Athens station. Stayed in an 8-bed dormitory. There is a shower and toilet in the room. The air in the room was stale, so we recommend taking a break from sightseeing in the lobby. Breakfast is optional for an additional fee. You can get a 1-shot ticket (apparently you can drink one beer, but I haven't used it so I don't know the details) that can be used during the evening hours. You can see the Acropolis from the rooftop. It's busy at night, and breakfast seems to be served here as well. This is not directly related to this, but the privately run supermarket next door charged me 1 euro for 1.5L of water (there was no price tag, so it was possible that it was a rip-off), so I didn't use it, but instead went to the supermarket that had a price tag. is recommended.

Positive points: location, air conditioning and clean sheets. Negative points: everything else. As soon as we enter our room at street level, a smell of tobacco emanating from the curtains knocks anyone out. At street level it means that you hear everyone passing by on the sidewalk as if they were in the room. The motorcycles, cars and trucks seem like they are going to run over you. The shower is a spectacle. It has a decorative curtain that reaches calf height through which water shoots out through the bathroom and the room. Flooding of the bathroom and room constantly. Don't even think about leaving anything on the floor... Electricity: only the bathroom light and one of the table lamps work.

The accommodation itself is OK if you're staying for a night or two, the rooms have AC and a bathroom. The internet connection is subpar. However, DO NOT BUY BREAKFAST - it's not worth the price in any way, shape or form. The choices are few and poor. There is no regular bread (just toast bread), jam is in those tiny plastic containers you buy in bulk, the watermelon is warm, there's no butter (just margarine), no eggs. See photo. Also if you're here by car, the hotel doesn't offer any parking space. The nearest parking is 5 minutes away and is priced at 20 € a night.

Very near to metro station, walkable to main attractions in Athens and staff are very helpful. However, the room with attached bath that we stayed in across from the main building was fitted with a king size bed, that occupied practically all the space, leaving minimal room for movement; 2 very small bedside tables, and we had to constantly re position a folding chair that we used to sit on & which doubled up as luggage holder. The bathroom was clean, but the shower basin was too shallow & the shower curtain too short, resulting in water overflowing onto the bathroom floor and into the room, every time we showered. There was a small safe in the room, within a wardrobe, but it is very old and unreliable. Housekeeping sometimes opens the windows and leaves them open to air, but forgets to close them, resulting in the aircon not working unless you close the windows again.

Hostel ideally located, near a metro station which serves the airport. We were in a room with a bunk bed. Very clean, functional room and bathroom, air conditioning. Big plus: presence of a rooftop which allows you to have breakfast with a breathtaking view of the Acropolis. Evenings at the rooftop every evening, but we were never bothered by the noise. Really friendly and helpful staff. Presence of a cleaning and laundry drying service, really practical. Only small downside: no small fridge in the room, nor TV (no big deal). But the friendliness of the place really makes you want to come back
