The location is perfect for people who wish to be in the old heart of the city.
The hotel is located in a pedestrian street.
Restaurants, bars, shops all around.
The points of interest are all within walking distance within a short distance.
The bed is very comfortable.
The spacious and pleasant bathroom.
A TV but too bad, no Netflix and no smart TV to be able to connect a device to it. (but hey, that's no big deal!)
Breakfast is served in your room at the time you want. It is quite plentiful.
The team is very helpful and friendly.
On the other hand if you rent a car, the hotel does not have a car park, know that you will have to park your vehicle in a car park which will ask you 35€ per night.
These are fixed prices.
That said, there is one located in the first left street (by car) after the Hotel and when you are in the street, a few meters on the right.
He asked for 10€ per day or 40€, the most correct price in the whole district.
To give you an idea:
I paid €35 the first day on Wednesday, arriving at 5 p.m., I found the other car park in the street to the left of the hotel (I can't remember the name) €40 until Saturday 1 a.m. because the parking is closed on Sundays like many others.
And 35€ from Saturday evening to Sunday morning, the day of our departure:
Total car park: 110€
I advise you to call the car parks before your arrival.

Theodora and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Made us feel very comfortable and cared for with drinks and treats and a box breakfast that was excellent for our early departure. Right in Plaka/ you spill out into the center of shops and restaurants. Was not noisy- we slept. Highly recommend if you want to be right in the middle of the action.

Great boutique hotel in the middle of Planka. Perfect location. Each staff member is so friendly and helpful. They were always available, day/night, before and during our stay to answer any questions or make recommendations. Breakfast was very good and very filling. We had what I assume was the smallest room on the ground floor. Was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was perfect if you don't plan to spend much time in the room. I loved the special sponges they left in the shower and of course the espresso machine with cream. We forgot to ask if they had a common area (roof or garden) for us to hang out in as we heard some people in the garden by our room. A community area would have been nice (and they may have one). If I could do it over I would have gotten one of the nicer rooms with a view. I believe they have a rooftop hot tub suite and that would have have been great for relaxing and acclimating to the new time zone.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at A77 Suites! This used to be an old home and was fully renovated in 2019- it has a cozy but modern feel to it. My favorite part was the attention and care to detail the staff provided. Little gifts and treats throughout the stay. Not to mention the breakfast! They utilize local restaurants and provide many options. Special thanks to Theadora & Constantina for your kindness and help. The location couldn’t be better, right in the middle of where you want to be in Athens.

Our stay at A77 Suites in Athens was absolutely wonderful. Extremely comfortable and pleasant furnishings in a fantastic area. Getting around the city to see the sights of Athens was so easy and relaxing given the area's walkability! The staff was also extremely helpful and kind, and to our delight, we received complimentary breakfast each morning! It was such a wonderful way to start each day and we will surely stay again if we are ever again in Athens. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights in early June. Our room was beautiful! Small balcony overlooking the street, comfortable bed, large bathroom and walk in shower. Delicious hot breakfast was delivered each day at your chosen time. The staff was amazing! Always with a smile and happy to help with anything you needed. I highly recommend A77 Suites!

A77 Suites is in a great location in the Plaka. We walked to our tour of the Acropolis Slope in less than 10 minutes. There are numerous restaurants, churches, bars, and shops nearby. The hotel has a boutique vibe and our room was quite nice. It had a very comfortable bed and a beautifully decorated tile shower. Breakfast is included and served in the room. There are numerous selections, including coffee, juices, and fruit, and of course a main course. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They offer great recommendations and make you feel at home. The staff can really make you feel at home, especially in a small hotel such as this place. We would highly recommend.
