The location is perfect for people who wish to be in the old heart of the city.
The hotel is located in a pedestrian street.
Restaurants, bars, shops all around.
The points of interest are all within walking distance within a short distance.
The bed is very comfortable.
The spacious and pleasant bathroom.
A TV but too bad, no Netflix and no smart TV to be able to connect a device to it. (but hey, that's no big deal!)
Breakfast is served in your room at the time you want. It is quite plentiful.
The team is very helpful and friendly.
On the other hand if you rent a car, the hotel does not have a car park, know that you will have to park your vehicle in a car park which will ask you 35€ per night.
These are fixed prices.
That said, there is one located in the first left street (by car) after the Hotel and when you are in the street, a few meters on the right.
He asked for 10€ per day or 40€, the most correct price in the whole district.
To give you an idea:
I paid €35 the first day on Wednesday, arriving at 5 p.m., I found the other car park in the street to the left of the hotel (I can't remember the name) €40 until Saturday 1 a.m. because the parking is closed on Sundays like many others.
And 35€ from Saturday evening to Sunday morning, the day of our departure:
Total car park: 110€
I advise you to call the car parks before your arrival.

Traveling from Atlanta, USA in April ‘24… an excellent choice for staying in a central and very walkable area of Plaka. The accommodations were very comfortable, offering a recently refurbished historic building and well-appointed modern furniture, while also well insulated (sound) for very quiet rooms. The staff was exceptional -very kind, attentive and always making us feel welcome, while making sure we had everything we needed as we set out on our day and also upon our return.

We stayed in room 2 which is on the main floor. The room is right next to the elevator and the door to our room let's all the sounds in. Every time people are using the elevator one hears the sounds of the elevator and the people using it. The people in the room below us started talking on their phone starting at midnight and continued till 4 am both of the nights we stayed there. I did fail to notify the hotel of the noise the first night but at on the last night at 4 am I did tell the front desk and they took care of it promptly. The Breakfest was very good. I didn't mind so much that it was served in the room. I would preferred a pot of coffee (I should have asked) rather than two small cups. The pros. The service of the staff is excellent, helpful and very friendly and efficient. The location is excellent. The hotel is very clean. The decor is lovely. The room size is very good.
