Modern apartment in the heart of city. Love the way they serve breakfast in our apartment.

Great experience. Every day our room was cleaned, towels replaced. Breakfast was brought to the room at the time requested. Excellent location. 1 min walk onto Ermou, the main shopping street in city center Athens

Extremely friendly staff. They went above and beyond. I will definitely stay here again.

The family suite is huge and affordable. Full kitchen, large living area, 2 large rooms, 2 large and very nice bathrooms.

Let me start with, I would give this hotel a 4.5 if I could. It was ALMOST a 5. This hotel was great for many reasons. First, we’re a family of 5 and when traveling Europe we often have to divide and get 2 rooms which is no fun. At MET34 they offer spacious apartments for families at very reasonable prices. We booked beginning of December and they were having a special, but their base prices still aren’t bad. Our suite had 2 private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a sitting room (which we used as the 3rd bed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Each bedroom had a very large wardrobe so we could unpack and put the suitcases away. We also had a small balcony which was nice to have drinks on. There were robes and slippers provided which was also nice. Breakfast was great here. They deliver it right to your room at your preferred time each morning. There was fresh squeezed OJ (my favorite), milk, cereal for kids, a variety of bread and fruit, spreads, honey, and jellies, meat and cheese, and hard boiled eggs. They have daily housekeeping and come pick up breakfast at some point (we were always out) and it’s nice to come back to a clean room. Kitchenette included small fridge, dishes, coffee/espresso maker, and had a small dishwasher. Location: okay, so the good news is EVERYTHING is walkable! The location is great! Endless choices of restaurants, cafes, small stores and more. Bad news, this is a very busy street! You will be hearing music, car horns, street sweepers, yelling, and other random city noises all night…especially on the weekend. Two of my kids slept on the pull out couch and they didn’t hear much, but the bedrooms both had a lot of noise, even with the windows shut. It’s really just a trade off. Another bonus of this hotel is that it has AC! We were here in spring so we didn’t use it much, but it’s nice to know you don’t have to keep the windows open. The staff was friendly and we only had one incident where we asked if they could make reservations at a restaurant for us and they told us it’s up the street and to just walk there. So we didn’t ask them to make any reservations other than transportation to the airport. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay!

We (2 adults + 1 9y/o) stayed at MET34 for a short family holiday, and we could not have been happier. This is a small boutique hotel in the heart of Athens with 7 accommodations over 2 floors, and reception open 24/7. We booked a superior room and we were upgraded for free to an apartment with 2 bedroooms and 2 bathrooms, which was really appreciated. All accommodations have also fully equipped kicthen. The decor is sleek and very modern, with all comforts including blackout curtains, walk-in shower and a massive amount of storage space. The generous breakfast is served in the room every morning from 7 to 11 at the customer chosen time. All was very clean and organised. The staff could have not been more friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. The location is also great, pretty much in walking distance to all main attractions (in 4 days we used public transports only for one ride) including the Acropolis and the all archeological sites. The area is also buzzing with great restaurants bars etc... one of the best is just on the ground floor of the hotel. The main entrance is on a pedestrian road (Petraki), which is relatively quiet. However, our apartment was facing Metropoleus, which is a definitely noisier until late in the evening. If you prefer a more quite staying I would suggest asking for an accommodation facing Petraki, but to be honest, it is a very small price to pay for the high quality of the accommodation, the value for money and the great location. Plus, despite being a fussy sleeper, I really had no problem resting during the night. Overall great stay, highly recommended.

This is a great hotel. First, the location is unbearable -- you can walk most places you want to go in Athens in about 20 minutes. (Traffic is terrible in Athens, and those same places will likely be 20 minutes by cab too, unless you are going at 5am.) The room is clean, large, with automated blinds and lights. The staff were all attentive and very friendly. We arrived at the hotel at 11am, and we were allowed to check in and get into our room without any hassle. Overall, it was a real pleasure to stay here and we recommend it enthusiastically.
