Aside from rubbish breakfast, everything else is ok. Room design are very old but have nice balcony and employees are friendly! Near metro and have a bath tub. Good stay,

When I made the reservation a long time ago, I asked to have two beds, and was told ok, when I arrived they said they were not available.

Really enjoyed our stay here … and would love to stay here again in the near future and would recommend to anyone. Thanks for your hospitality Peter Kaisara Queensland,Australia

not bad

This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star as our stay was so catastrophic. We had booked in March, a little more than 2 months in advance, to be sure that we would have a room available. When we arrive at the room, we quickly realize that there are several problems with it; of the 4 lights available to us in the room, 3 do not work, the bathroom light shines so dimly that we have to take our shower with the curtain open, and even then, the brightness was extremely low. Our air conditioning didn't seem to work, our toilet was clogged without us even using it, we only had one electrical outlet for the entire room and our superb view of the city (as mentioned in the reservation), Was actually a view of the other rooms, inside the hotel. When we expressed our dissatisfaction to the employees at the reception (it did not at all resemble the description of the room we had reserved), we were loaned a power ***** and assured that they would try to find a solution. our problems and that they would contact us. The next morning, still no news, we go to reception to follow up (our toilet is still blocked, almost a day after our arrival). We again told them of our dissatisfaction and that we wanted to know what was happening with their “research”. The elderly gentleman at the reception began by telling us in a dry tone that the view from the room is not automatically of the Acropolis and that there is a city all around the hotel, so what was not a problem (the problem is that we see the interior of the hotel) He completely denied that it said 'city view' in the room reservation and did not believe us not, despite being shown the reservation page. After a heated exchange, this dear gentleman told us that it was NORMAL to have a room of this caliber, given that we had booked it on a third-party site, therefore 50% cheaper! He also boasted that the hotel is a ''TripAdvisor Recommendation'' and that it is a 4 star (clearly he doesn't care about reviews). I can't believe that an employee would talk to their customers like that and have such a condescending tone. *Lunch is also ordinary, when there are leftovers from lunch, they save them and reheat them the next day (the omelettes and pastries were hard)* We will never return to this hotel again and we do not recommend it to anyone.

Stayed for five nights and found it ok. The transportation is quite convenient, the subway and airport bus are not far away. Breakfast is free, watermelon and yogurt are available. Although the room is a bit old, the price is cheap.

The room is very spacious, comfortable and warm, with a large balcony where you can see the Acropolis. The service is very thoughtful. The breakfast is very rich, with juice, coffee, milk, tea and a full range of drinks. There are all kinds of bread, cheese, meat slices, bacon and yogurt.

The hotel is in the city center, there is a 1892 bakery and coffee shop downstairs, it's great

Ctrip gave 4 stars, really ignorant of conscience! The conditions inside are at the level of 10-20 yuan guest houses in China 30 years ago, and there are people who don’t know what’s going on on the bed. Anyway, you can’t sleep even if you can lie down.

In general, well located, reasonable service, however on arrival at the room it was a little disappointing, and there were no towels so we had to go ask for it at reception, for stays of one night it is ok.

Very loud from the street.

The door of the hotel opens at the back door, and there are various shops on the front facade (not the food, drink and entertainment that tourists like). Go up the long steps to the front desk to check in. The breakfast restaurant is in the lobby on the same floor. The breakfast time is from 7:00 to 11:00; there are 2 small beds in the room, and the quilt core is not covered with the quilt cover. There is only one layer of sheets wrapped around the quilt; there is an electric kettle, no tea bags and coffee bars; the bathroom is small and has a hairdryer.
