Excellent location for the lively area of Athens but poorly soundproofed rooms (other guests' voices could be heard at night). Furthermore, the room was not cleaned daily.

Perfect location. Easy walk to the metro. Walkable distance to all the ruins. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Bistros and markets are right outside the door.

Above all, the location is good, and the rooms are simple and have the bare minimum. I knew about the late night noise from word of mouth, so it was expected. There were earplugs by the bed.
It looked like the hotel was still under construction (?). Also, there is no front desk, so if you want to contact the hotel, you have to use the red phone in your room, but no matter how many times I tried to call the phone in my room, it wouldn't work, so I was in trouble. There is a vending machine on the first floor, but there are not many products.

The staff was very helpful. The help arranged for the taxi to the airport very early in the morning. When call or contact, they always address the issues. At night the property can be noisy (people having loud conversations on the corridors and the entrance). This property doesn't have a front desk assistance so this doesn't help with this issue.
