I like that budget hostel at Sthens good price and great experience. I was staying there couple times and every single time my experience is at same high level not to far away from Athens center, a lot of nice places like cinemas, boxing ring, disco. Not to far away from supermarkets, bus and train stations.

Infected! Fully Toxic. Rude and wild admin. Dirty place with a lot of dangerous bugs. It was first and last in my life to see so many bed bugs. I still don't understand why I saw it in the capital of Greece, not like in China. People, they will eat you, not like a little bit. Totally dangerous and not safe place. I saw 3 homeless people there. Probably just for them it is fit. It is era of a COVID, but that admin with a silly cleaner, probably are trying to create new Virus. Rubbish. People of authority or Greek people please check it and you know what you should to do. We left before. If someone will offer to me money to stay in this place, I will not agree. That silly guy, or admin, doing nothing for your comfort, but he will do everything to ruin your mood, and to scary you. Just a rubbish of the world.

I was first recieved by a rude man, feeling that I should go somewhere else. But in evening He finally soft his attitude. He even offer me to share a bed with a stranger, really weird. The bed was comfortable and not 'skeeking' like many dorms. Curtains, wifi connection and lamp for each bed. But I woke up first by noisy peoples and then because of bites . Not able to sleep, 6am I was gone

Terrible place ! Nothing is good about this hostel ! You won’t have any privacy here at this place. It’s run by men and they like to enter the girls dorms without telling you. Also they love to touch the girls by showing they are friendly but NO they just grab a chance to touch. The place is so dirty, the beds have buuuuuugs a lot of bugs and the walls have dirt spots and holes where insects come from. The man claims he have washing clothes service he wash the clothes with his hands. And he is so agressive and always screams at clients for no reason. The kitchen is dirty. The place is open to old creepy men so during my stay i was a solo women surrounded by creepy elders. The place is in a non safe neighborhood. And last but not least the owners lie about wifi disponiblity because NO WIFI is working in there I used my own data the whole stay. Disgusting place disgusting owners a huge scam ! I don’t understand how their business is still a thing.

Hace unos dias llame al hostel para hacer la reserva porque necesitaba un hostel q tuviese 24 horas de recepcion porque llegaba al puerto de Atenas a las 4.30 am despues de 8 horas de barco....me aseguro q habia 24 horas de recepcion y que ademas tendria muy en cuenta mi hora de llegada y me aseguraba la reserva. Mi sorpresa ha sido cuando he llegado a las 6 de la mañana al hostel despues del viaje en barco, coger metro y bus para llegar al hostel y solo pensaba en dormir un rato porque estaba cansadisima y al llegar alli nadie me ha abiertobla puerta por mas que llamaba y nadie me ha contestado al telefono....ademas de mandar unos whatsaps diciendo que estaba en la puerta y nadie ni me ha abierto ni me ha contestado. He estado esperando 30 minutos llamando y nada....al final me fui....totalmente decepcionante. Esto no se hace. Me parece horrible ofrecer un servicio asi. Sino puedes recibirme a esa hora, dimelo. Pero no me lo garantices y despues me dejes tirada en calle con mi mochila y todo despues de un largo viaje. Horrible. I dont recomended. I did a reservation by phone some days ago and I said to them that I will arrive around 6 am because I arrive to the port at 4.30 am. They told me that there is not problem because they have 24 hours receptiom and they will receive me amd specially after to know that and he confirmed me the reservation. The surprise has been when after 8 hours of travelling by boat, after take metro and bus to arrive to the hostel and nobody opened me the door. I pressed the ring several times, I phoned them and I sent them some whatsaps and nobody answered me...I have tried for 30 minutes and after that I went to have a coffe because I understood that nobody will open me the door....even now (some hours later) nobody answered my whatsaps.... you cant dont that. The only thing that I wanted this morning was to sleep for a while... if it is not ok for u that I arrive so late, let me knlw and I will look for another solution. But dont tell me that everything is ok and after u let me in the street with my backpack.... totally decepcionated!!!

Not so good reviews on Hostelworld, and than great reviews on ***********, challenged my decision making process, but at the end I choose this place, and my decision to stay here was a right one. Stayed for 4 nights, very affordable, clean and friendly owner. During summer ask for AC to be switched on, and close room window, so you can block the noise and heat coming from outside. Bathroom is a bit tight, but fine for the price you pay. 15 minute walk to Plaka and rest of tourist spots. Great place for solo travelers looking to save on accommodation. Definitely recommend and will be back.

WARNING ⚠️ BED BUG PEST 🪳🦟 No refund of the night that we spent there, ruined my holiday with red bite spots! Bugs were crawling through the wall at night and in the morning we showed it to the owner and he didn't care. He gave us part of the money for the second night that we had booked after a lot of arguing. Really bad.
