This hotel is absolutely lovely! The staff were incredible. We only had one day in Athens and they helped us figure out the Subway, trip to the Acropolis and which areas to walk around and even suggested a fantastic restaurant for dinner. They arranged our transfers from the Port and also to the airport and the driver and transfer were fantastic and we felt very safe with our 2 kids. The hotel itself is fantastic, it's small and well appointed. Everything was clean and functional. Pillows and beds were extremely comfortable, and the roof top patio is a nice escape. There is a phone on the patio where you can call for drinks or service. We had an early departure and the front desk staff arranged a boxed breakfast for us to take to the airport, which was delicious. We didn't ask for it, they offered it and it was much appreciated. We would stay at this hotel again if we return to Athens.

What a find this was! Modern but luxurious with such attention to detail from arrival through to housekeeping, you couldn't fault the service. We upgraded our room and glad we did as we had a large comfy bed, choice of pillows and a little balcony. Everything in the room was high quality and little touches like tooth brushes and paste were unusual for the star rating of the hotel. The roof garden is a treat with genuine view of the acropolis which is lit up at night. There's a funky phone on the roof so you can order your drinks and some light food options which are promptly delivered. Great view across Athens and away from the traffic chaos. Hotel is very near to metro station and one or two stops takes you to Central sights and its very cheap and efficient travel. Its near the National Gallery and a main road but less busy than most areas of Athens and is on the 'hop on/off bus' route. The breakfast is fabulous with great service and quality ingredients in the buffet, with fresh cooked eggs options if you want it. We loved everything about this hotel it and highly recommend.

What an amazing hotel. We stayed there for 4 nights and had one of the large rooms. All the staff were very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. They recommended a local Greek restaurant which was so good we ate there twice. The decor is very modern and has a cool vibe. It is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the free wine with nibbles served every evening between 6pm & 7pm. Our room was excellent with two balconies & the room was well kitted out, with books to read, a play list & a good size TV. The bed was super comfortable and the ensuite was great with a fantastic shower. Breakfast had a superb selection & very good coffee. One of the best breakfast choices I have had. Superb roof top bar with great views of the city & the Acropolis! Excellent location which felt very safe and and within a five minute walk there are lots of restaurants and bars. Only a few minutes walk to the underground and only about 20/30 mins walk down to Syntagma Square. We would definitely stay again and happily recommend it to friends & family.

We stayed in the Extra Large room with a big terrace and amazing views of Athens, from Acropolis to the sea. The fun record player and complimentary top-shelf drinks made it even better. Nikos from the front office gave us a Polaroid camera for a few hours to play around with. If we ever visiting Athens again, we will definitely be staying here.

We stayed 3 nights. Unfortunately I slipped and fell as I was just about to pass the barrier at the metro station. On arrival to the hotel Ian checked us in. He was so considerate and sympathetic to my predicament. Ian was on duty both on arrival and our departure. In both times he demonstrated such efficiency and very good communication skills. I was overwhelmed with the extra care and attention I received whilst in hotel as I was unable to enjoy the sights and activities that Athens has to offer. I would like to also mention Liliana who organised a surprise birthday treat for my husband. Thank you to Manolis ,Spyros and Penny. Everyone I had in contact were all Exceptional. The room was spacious with all the amenities. The bed was large and comfortable. I must add that the breakfasts were delicious - both freshly cooked and buffet items were available. Overall I highly recommend the hotel for overall experience and good value for money. I will definitely return to the Modernist Athens when I recover and visit the places of interest that I missed.

We spent 5 nights in this wonderful hotel in Athens. The staff is superb, very friendly and met all our needs including some great recommendations. Great location very close to the metro station. The Breakfast is reach with choices for everyone to find what’s good for him or her. We got a room on the 4th floor with two balconies and great open view, the room was big and they even offered a pillow menu. We will return again!

My team and I loved the hotel and the meeting room. The staff was very nice and helpful. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel for a business trip. The hotel is located in a good area, very close to restaurants (5 to 10 minutes away) and 30 minutes walking from Acropolis.

I felt perfect. Excellent location, extremely polite staff, a very flavourful breakfast, all you can want. Modernist, but with a classic touch. P.S: the only hard part was finding the slippers :)))) all very good organzied with attention to details.
