This was a perfect spot to end our vacation. Easy walk to the Plaka, property is very clean and well kept. Staff are very welcoming and gracious hosts. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay again

Amazing boutique hotel in a nice part of Athens. Jacuzzi on the roof top. Only five rooms. Outstanding service and hospitality. Small but very convenient room. Interesting design. Tropical shower. A bit noisy if you open the window but not too bad anyway. Will stay again.

Das Boutique Hotel liegt sehr günstig, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. So ist es nicht weit zum Eingang der Akropolis, zur Agora und des Tempel des Hephaistos. Viele Lokale in der Nähe laden zum Essen ein. Ebenso ist die Straße Ermou, die das Zentrum zum Regierungspalast erschließt, gleich in der Nähe. Wir hatten das Zimmer Cloud 9 am Dach. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, entschädigt aber mit der Terrasse samt Whirlpool (auch für andere Gäste nutzbar); Ausblick auf die Akropolis inklusive. Aufstieg über eine Wendeltreppe. Das Frühstück wird aufs Zimmer gebracht und ist ausreichend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - echt großartig. Unbedingt zu empfehlen: Abendliche Rundfahrt mit einem Fiat 500, Baujahr 1972, durch die engen Gassen von Plaka, zum Observatorium, der römischen Agora, vorbei am Olympia Stadium, usw. Sensationelles Erlebnis mit viel Zuspruch durch die Passanten inklusive.

We had a terrific 3 night stay at the Moon & Stars boutique hotel. The rooms were unique and spotless, the roof terrace is superb, offering views of the Acropolis and the surrounding area, and in addition is the perfect spot for chilling out and breakfast. The hotel is located right next to a metro station and in the eclectic Psiri district. Highly recommended.

The location cannot be beat! Just far enough outside the busy city center, yet close enough to walk to everything. The rooms and property were very well done and comfortable. We had to leave early each morning so staff provided us with our breakfast the evening before. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had and were all extremely friendly! Being able to see the Acropolis from the rooftop deck was an added bonus! We were jet-lagged and wanted a quiet first night so we ate a takeaway dinner while viewing the Acropolis all lit up … it was magical!

Moon and Stars was absolutely wonderful. We had the Music Box Room which was large, spotlessly clean, bright and airy with a very comfortable bed. The location was fantastic, walking distance to the Acropolis and Plaka. Breakfast was fresh each morning either in room or up on the roof terrace, which had amazing views to the Acropolis. We stayed 2 nights, then 2 nights, then 1 night with a couple of little trips to the islands in between. They were happy to store our big bags and we just took carry on in between. What a magical place and what really topped it off was the exceptional service from Yanis and his colleagues. He was extremely polite, friendly, helpful and went out of his way to assist us with bookings, restaurants, drivers. Very professional and one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Highly recommended.

Ho passato 2 notti al Moon&Stars Hotel con la mia famiglia, come tappa di passaggio per andare ad Andros. È un piccolo boutique hotel in un edificio art déco superbamente ristrutturato. Si trova in posizione strategica nel quartiere di Monastiraki, tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Le stanze sono curatissime, nei minimi dettagli. Letti comodi, bagno ampio. Theodore, il proprietario, è molto gentile e disponibile. L'hotel ha anche una bella terrazza sul tetto con vista sull'acropoli. Unica avvertenza: non è adatto a persone con problemi di mobilità

Nur fünf Zimmer, aber alle wunderbar eingerichtet und neu. Schönes Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit direktem Blick auf den Parthenon, nachts ist das ebenso ein Genuss, unter dem Mond und den Sternen auf dieser grossen Terrasse den Parthenon zu geniessen. Standort ist perfekt, um zu Fuss alle Hotspots bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einziger grosser Nachteil: das Hotel liegt nachts an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse mit häufigen Autoposern bis frühmorgens, die Zimmer sind nicht schallisoliert. Somit: entweder bis morgens 3 Uhr feiern gehen oder mit den bereitliegenden Ohrstöpseln die Nachtruhe zu finden, was trotz geschlossenen Fenstern schwierig ist.

Andiamo in Grecia da 23 anni e tantissime volte ci è capitato di sostare ad Atene... questo è l hotel che non ti aspetti in una grande città: ambiente familiare, posizione ottima , pulizia e servizio ineccepibili... Secondo noi, il meglio ! Consigliatissimo anche il giro della città con la vecchia Fiat 500 del proprietario!!!
