Really good service and the reception are willing to tell you everything

Clean room, great location, AC worked, hot water. Alert staff. I’d definitely stay here again.

The location is good, close to the subway station The entire facility is a bit old. But the hot water comes out well and the man For those traveling alone, for sleep That's fine for your purposes.

Basic facilities in the room. Shabby. A gap of 5 cm under the door has no sound insulation effect at all. The people in the elevators and corridors talk as if they were talking in your room. Didn't sleep all night. There are also people coming and going in the corridor in the middle of the night. The clerk is friendly. This hotel is in an illegal immigrant area. But when you go back to the hotel at night, the security will ask questions, which is more reassuring.

I enjoyed my stay here very much, this was my second time to stay at the Elite I stayed for 5 days, it suited my needs perfectly as it is at a very central location, and close to the Metro, the local area has improved a lot in recent years. It is clean and the staff are very helpful, however be aware it is a older building, the lift is a piece of mechanical history worthy of any museum. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to Athens. Philip B.

The bed was crawling with bed bugs. I’ve never felt so sick in my life. Luckily I saw them before using the bed. Hotel is old and disgusting. Traumatised by that experience. To have bed bugs says a lot about somewhere. No apology or anything about it. I have pictures and videos of them.

We had a really horrible experience, would not recommend. Mould, loose light fittings, air con full of cigarette smoke, road to noisy to open the door.

This is a superb budget choice for a central Athens location. Yes, it's basic but my room (a single) was immaculately clean and equipped with a fridge and working AC which in the recent very hot weather was essential. Very comfortable bed, good quality bed linen and towels. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Couldn't ask for much more. Definitely will be my choice for future visits. One tiny gripe was that the WiFi despite connecting would not work (I just used my mobile hotspot).

A good place to get your head down. Clean sheets and towels every day. Good coffee across the road.

The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. But the overall condition of the rooms is unpleasing and the building would benefit from a renovation. The doors in my room did not close properly, doorhandles were missing, the sockets were loose, etc. . Also, my "shower" consisted of a hose mounted next to the toilet and a drain in the floor, so the whole bathroom got wet while showering. The hotel is also loud at night. The time you fall asleep is determined by the end of your neighbor's film or Youtube-video. I didn't expect to get luxury for the amount I paid, but I hoped to get more than just a room and a bed. I would just come back for one night.

We picked this hotel for its location to several landmarks as well as the proximity to the metro as we had 2 days after our cruise in Athens. We were able to walk to Acropolis/Parthenon and Ancient Agora (recommend this), Plaka on one day and the other we walked to the Monument of the unknown soldier (watch the changing of the guards!), Anafiotika, and Panthenaic stadium. The hotel was simple but the staff allowed us to check in 2 hours early and were friendly. It was a tight space for the 5 of us but all we did was sleep there. Lots of extra bedding and towels. Old but clean. We faced a busy street so heard a lot of motor cycles at night but for the cost and locality was a small price to pay. If you stay there are 2 great places within walking-first Delicious Souvlaki (across the street 5 min walk great lunch) and Migada which had an amazing Spanish/Indian meets Greece selection.
