Good location, breakfast ok, room small (as booked) but generally ok. However, shower cabin leaks the water all over the bathroom and the TV couldn’t be used since the power cord is lose.

Estuvimos 4 amigas antes y después de un circuito por Grecia. Las últimas 2 noches (13 y 14 de abril) El hotel está a 13 minutos andando del centro. Está limpio y bien atendido. Tengo que reseñar que lo mejor del hotel fue la atención y la amabilidad de todo el personal. Especialmente Athañasios, hablando en español con nosotras y solucionando todos los problemas que nos surgieron. Un 10 para él. Y Denise siempre con una sonrisa, en la recepción. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Muchas gracias

We booked the Melia for the roof top views of Athens from the pool and bar. Unfortunately we were a week too early and the area was having maintenance work. We could go and see the view in the evening but was not quite what we expected. Our room was a lovely size and the jacuzzi bath a nice touch. Although on a Main Street the noise was minimal with the windows shut. We did find the bedroom quite warm for us, we do like it artic. The hotel location is walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants and we felt quite safe making the wander back. We booked the night before boarding a cruise. The hotel is quite a distance from the cruise port, however you get to see some sights on the drive. Traffic can be really heavy so allow plenty of time. We would stay here again as was a comfortable hotel.

Zimmer sind nicht so modern wie man das von melia gewohnt ist, Rezeption sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war gut und die Lage war ok, man konnte fussläufig alles gut erreichen, ca. 5 min vom Hotel ist die Haltestelle vom City sightseeing Bus und wieder 5 min zu Fuß erreicht man ein kleines Gässchen mit wunderbaren Bars und ein paar Restaurants und der koletti Straße ist die Revolt street bar zu empfehlen

Stayed just one sunday night here. We parked free outside the hotel easily. Check in was easy and overall all the reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. They gave advice and maps to help us. Great budget clothing shops and coffee shops in the area to wander round. Straight walk to plaka in 10 mins. Our room was a supreme double. We had a rollaway bed for our daughter in our room. Jacuzzi bath and jet shower were much appreciated on achy muscles. THE POOL IS NOW OPEN !!! However, the bar and jacuzzi are not yet. There were a couple of loungers by the pool too. Breakfast buffet was nice. The usual cooked food, yoghurts, breads etc. Id stay here again. Sadly didn't get time to use the other facilities.

Excellent and welcoming hotel where kindness is at home, the rooms are a bit old fashioned but have every comfort, including a Jacuzzi. I recommend the rear part of the hotel given the high traffic in the street. Near the Omonia metro station (10 minute walk)

The hotel is nice enough. Modern and clean. However, the reason we chose this hotel was because it had a rooftop bar and pool with a view of the Acropolis. This was closed for maintenance when we checked in on 24/3/24. When I said to the hotel that they should have this on their website so that people have the option to change hotel before they arrive. To which I was told it was the responsibility of our travel company. No Melia, it is your hotel, your responsibility to notify if facilities are out of use. Very disappointing as there were other hotels with a pool we could have stayed at nearby. Breakfast was also chaos ! The staff could not keep up with the amount of guests, and the restaurant rarely had tables free. Now I have seen Athens I wouldn’t go again. Hotel is also not in the best area, some rough sleepers etc
