Hotel close to the metro, disreputable area when exiting on the right. Rather exit on the left side.
Clean room, bathroom with walk-in shower, spacious and comfortable beds. Room located on the noisy boulevard side.
Excellent breakfast.
Friendly and efficient reception staff.

The location was near a subway line which was convenient to get to Plaka and the Acropolis. Many good eateries nearby such as Alexander the Great and Central grill. Rooms are clean and spacious and front office staff was obliging and proactive. Had an early departure at 0600hrs and was allowed to have basic breakfast such as coffee and bread with jam although the cafe was not opened till 0700hrs. Overall value for money for the budget conscious.

Nice hotel, in a reasonably nice part of Athens. Receptionist was a bit frosty, but that's ok. Bar and restaurant staff very friendly. Great little rooftop area to sit and have a drink and some food too. The food portions were enormous lol. Rooms were nice and clean, but no usb sockets for charging phones etc. Would definitely stay here again though.

This is a very basic hotel, much in need of up-dating,neighborhood was not safe at all. The staff at NOVUS Hotel is lovely.The friendly lady at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. All were friendly and helpful!!. Noisy rooms. For a four star I would have expected better than this - very noisy room,no light at all from outside as the window blinds were broken. They should renovate a bit then is fine. The breakfast was average,big variety but very poor quality. Rooftop bar has an amazing view of the Acropolis at night, worth it to gave a drink there.

Ottima struttura con ambienti nuovi e molto puliti. Ottima colazione sia salata che dolce ...vista splendida sulla città e sull'acropoli. Piscina piccola ma pulita . Personale gentile. Posizione comoda con metro vicina e con tre fermate si è un centro e vicino all'acropoli. Peccato chea zona soprattutto sul retro dell' hotel ci siano diversi tossici però davanti all' hotel e nelle strade vicine buoni ristoranti e diversi turisti essendo zone di hotel.
