Right in centre of Athens old town , interesting area that is fast being renovated. Hotel is only 3 yrs old , beautifully repurposed building with every facility in rooms. Very friendly staff. Small and v clean. Exvellent breakfasts . Travelled with teenage son so the suite suited us well. The partition closed completely so 2 bedrooms. Huge balcony. Loved it . Hope to return .

Stayed in a small suite as a family of 3 (2 adults, 1 ten-year-old) for 3 nights. The hotel is situated just a short walk (10-15 minutes) from plenty of restaurants and attractions in Athens, yet is itself is on a relatively quiet side street away from most of the hustle and bustle. Our room was large and comfortable, with a good quality shower, and included a small balcony looking out over the street. Breakfast is selected from a menu (as opposed to being self-service). Everything we ordered, cooked and not cooked, was delicious and generous in terms of portions. The hotel has a restaurant which stays open until 11.30, so if you want absolute silence whilst you sleep (and will be in bed before this time), then this might cause you an issue. It wasn't for us, and actually the slight hubbub of downstairs added some atmosphere to our city break.

This hotel when coming to Athens is so perfect . Very beautiful inside, clean and the nicest staff . Great made to order breakfast is included. We always come here to this hotel so close to many restaurants and activities. Major shopping a few minutes away . The staff is always on top of everything and try very hard to go beyond your expectations. Helpfulness is shown every step and every minute while staying here . The on-site restaurant serves top quality meals and wines and many other options. Rooms are spacious and sound proof. Pillows are real nice . Also a gym . So for business or pleasure this hotel is highly recommended. I hope all will enjoy . And to all staff members you Rock. Keep up the great work . Dave and Michele Orluskie

Wonderful location which is close to all the major sights! Room was large and clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights on a family vacation and enjoyed every minute! The reception satff were professional and kind and helped with every request we had. The room was spacious and beautiful with everything you need including a coffee machine. The bed was so comfortable that I slept better than I do at home. The breakfast was tasty and fresh and one of the best things about the hotel is it's location! Close to everything and in a vibrant and cool neighborhood. We will definitely come back again!

Loved our stay at Ivis4 Hotel. The location can't be beat. It's a nice walk to the Acropolis and literally steps away from the great restaurant and bar scene of Psirri. The shopping street of Ermou is also just around the corner. Even with its central location, the room was quiet at night and SO comfortable! My husband said the CocoMat mattress was one of the best he's ever slept on. Breakfast was included, made to order, and delicious. Thank you, Margarita, for the lovely upgrade to the wonderful "Can I live here forever?" suite. Wish we could have stayed forever!!!

Room was clean and of a decent size. Staff were excellent - helpful, polite, reliable. Location was good for us: the area it is in is scruffy but we really liked it. The immediate bars and restaurants are used only by the locals, and 100 metres to north or south you're into more touristy areas. 30 mins. walk to the Acropolis. Slightly disappointed by breakfast as the choice is limited, and could take a long time as everything has to be brought to you by a single server who also has to make all the drinks at a single coffee machine. But we never left hungry!

Everything thing is so clean,very beautiful room.The breakfast is wonderful,they serve everything you need at your table. Very friendly staff. The location!Every touristic place is just within a walking distance. There are many good restaurants nearby.The restaurant at the hotel is also very good!
