Moxy is part of the Marriott group? In my opinion, Marriott should keep an eye on this! The hotel and the rooms are clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is OK due to its proximity to the metro. Large TV in the room (no USB port, but with streaming option from iPad, for example). Beds are hard, I mean really hard. Too hard for my taste and therefore uncomfortable. I haven't slept so badly in a long time. The pillows are like balloons. The head is clearly too high. Ergonomic and cozy are two different things. The bathroom, which you enter through a sliding door, is equipped with a spacious shower, but does not have a rain shower. When you sit down on the toilet, the entire drywall creaks so much that you are afraid the bowl will break out of the wall. No refrigerator in the room. I don't like the whole concept, I even consider it to be low-class. Reception, check-in, bar, breakfast room are all one and the same room. Which brings us to breakfast. For my taste as a frequent traveler, "subterranean"! The worst coffee I've had in years. :( Here, hot water is mixed with a coffee paste in a machine (D.E.). I will never eat scrambled eggs from a tetra pack. If you want a fried egg, you have to pay an extra €5. You also have to justify to the staff why you want a fried egg. Moxy Athens? Never again! In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is abysmal.
