The room is large, very close to the Acropolis, and the service staff is also very friendly. However, the wifi is unstable and the sofa bed is not comfortable to sleep on.

The location was excellent as it was close to the subway and within walking distance to the Acropolis.
However, since the room is spacious and clean with a kitchen, the level of satisfaction is quite high.

Great sized room, handy kitchenette. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast in a box was an innovative solution to not having a restaurant on site. Great location.

Great hotel close to everything. What I really like is the rooms are large and they each have a mini-kitchen. This is my third time staying here, and it gets better every time because I get to know the area a little better each time. Good bars, restaurants, grocery stores and everything else you need nearby. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Close enough to be able to walk to most attractions but still a little bit out of the way so that it's a real neighborhood. Fast internet.

The bathroom was moldy and the shower was plugged. We asked for it to be fixed, and they didn’t. Given the smell of farts in the room and the water bubbling up ominously in the drain, guessing there are serious problems with their sewage system. In all fairness, the bedroom area was clean. Bed and pillows were OK. It was too loud and bright for us to be able to sleep well. Though there were four sex shops in the immediate area, the neighborhood didn’t feel unsafe, and the hotel is within two blocks of some great restaurants. It’s also close to the main attractions.

Room was large and comfortable. Staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly.
Traffic noise is loud in rooms at the front of
the hotel. However, this traffic noise did not bother us. The hotel location is excellent in terms of walking to the major attractions. Plenty of
restaurants around the hotel. We were pleased.

A very friendly and convenient place to stay for a city break or business, good value for money. In my case I was at a conference held in the Acropolis Museum. It is a 7 min walk from the museum, very clean and comfortable, a studio apartment with all amenities for self catering. The really nice surprise was that hot breakfast was brought to the room at a time one specifies, chosen from a menu of three types of breakfast. I was on my own and they really looked after me. The only thing better would have been if I had a view to the Acropolis but even so the place left me with a really warm feeling.

The staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Location was great. Price was very reasonable for a nice convenient hotel. I would stay here again, even though I did not receive the bottle of wine that I should have. But it was definitely a very good choice for an Athens hotel.

Great location, walking distance to Acropolis. Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms were clean and very spacious (exactly as pictured). Only downside is the elevator is very small and a bit slow.
