The hotel is new and in a great location. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast tasty with a great variety of foods. We had an issue with the room’s bed size. They are described as king-size while in the same price we got one queen size room and one king size room. The reception staff rotates often and is more focused on avoiding the customers rather than coming forward with customer service. I would anyway recommend the place as the stay was comfortable overall

My room was overlooking the pedestrian passage so was noisy. I tried to change my room but the front desk doubled the price for the same size room on the third floor (I was on the first floor) so I was not able to change it. I wish they could accommodate my request without double charging me for the same size room.

They are very money oriented hotel instead of customer oriented. We booked a room for 3 nights but we have to leave 1 day early there is no any refund. Value for money is not worth either.

The location is really good. Shopping and attractions are basically within walking distance. The hotel itself has been renovated. Although it is not big, it is clean and tidy. Although the breakfast has not many varieties, it tastes good.

My husband and I stayed at the Pure Hotel on Nikiou St. in the Monastiraki section of Athens. It is an extremely clean hotel, which includes a delicious breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nikiou is a very quiet side street which is only a short walk to shopping on Ermou, Monastiraki Square, Syntagma and Plaka. The rooms are a bit small but not uncomfortably so. We would definitely return!

I chose this hotel because of its convenient location in the city center. Many restaurants/bars and two metro stations are nearby, and also some archeological sites. My room was on the smallish side but comfortable with king size bed. It had a safe box, coffee machine for Nespresso like capsules and mini fridge with complimentary water. The bathroom was huge and modern, with big shower, all very clean. Unfortunately in many modern bathrooms, and this was the case with this one too, the lightning above bathroom sink serves only for decoration purposes and nothing much else. The hotel can be pretty noisy, probably because of thin walls and not good isolation, if you have loud neighbors at 2.50 am. The breakfast was nice, with variety of dishes (nice sunny-side eggs) and good coffee.
