-not including cleaning fee for the total price
-can’t sleep well!!! (car noise from outside even though I used ear plugs)
-not so good at communication(couldn’t get the excess code before I asked)
+clean and cozy bed, you can cook and use the coffee machine with 2 capsules

First of all, please check again with every statement that you have written with the customers, I have received a note from your official I can get the check-in information 48 hours before my move-in date, it is totally wrong.
which made me wait in the area for nearly 4-6 hours without any planning, I have to wait for further instructions from the host with my 35 kg luggage!!

Great location however let down with the lack of common communication skills. The ‘virtual agent’ was extremely abrupt and rude. Please be aware that once making a reservation you will not receive the services that you come to expect from your‘virtual agent’ Rather name a reservation at a Hotel for nearby.
