Incrível. Experiência inesquecível. Desde a reserva, atendimento, café, alimentação, recreação, quarto, estrutura, trilha e a natureza. Equipe amável em todas as interações. Preocupados em atender bem. E, para quem está procurando um lugar especial para casamento, ou festa, eles contam com uma infra impecável. Ja entrou na nossa lista de "quero voltar".

Minha segunda vez e continua maravilhoso. Na verdade, achei que está melhor que a primeira vez. O café da manhã está muito mais gostoso. As outras refeições, nem se fala. Levei a minha nova cachorrinha e com certeza ela faria um review 5 estrelas. Não vejo a hora de voltar. Obrigada pelo maravilhoso final de semana.

Instalações e Áreas em comum em bom estado, apesar do mobiliário e aparelhos (academia) bastante surrados e/ou obsoletos. O local é perfeito para caminhadas ao ar livre, demais atividades ficou a desejar, pois “não” há nenhuma quadra e/ou espaço adequado para atividade com bola, raquete e/ou saltos. Funcionários atenciosos e adequados. Só não tinham como contornar a situação dos donos que apareceram brigando, discutindo enquanto fazíamos as refeições. Super deselegante e desagradável.

Passei o final de semana do meu aniversário neste hotel maravilhoso. Foi perfeito! Funcionários atenciosos, comida deliciosa, equipe animada… fizemos trilha, teve uma tarde de festa junina… amamos tudo! Além disso, sem eu ter falado, fizeram surpresa no almoço do meu aniversário, trouxeram bolo e cantaram parabéns. Muito obrigada. Esperamos voltar em breve!

Tenho 3 comentarios sobre o local independente do charme e beleza e garçons (mto bons): as recepcionistas poderiam ser + simpaticas (sinceramente fiquei ate constrangido qdo pedi 2 coisinhas p tirar uma foto minha c meu cao e p me ajudar a sair de re, parecia um favor do outro mundo, uma ma vontade genorme, eu tb nao gostaria de trabalhar de fds mas se eu aceito farei com um sorriso no rosto ainda q nao goste), o saco de lenha p lareira que me entregaram tinham 3 toras inteiras, eu pergunto, eu ia cortar com o que? Com um machado? Tinham que ter olhado isso pq sinceramente obvio que ficou la no chalé, tb poderiam deixar instrumentos da lareira como pá ou pegador mas nao havia nada, obvio que ficou tudo sujo pq eu q nao ia botar minha mao no lenha queimando e TERCEIRO E IMPORTANTE: GENTE DO CEU sinalizem aí dentro, vc simplesmente fica perdido com o carro, uma confusao, na hora de ir embora tive q voltar de ré pq o caminho estava obstruido com mesas e cadeiras. Nao custa botar + placas de sentido correto, é até perigoso um carro dar de frente com outro. De resto, ok.

Simples assim o melhor hotel fazenda que ja visitei, ja fui 2 vezes e minha esposa 3 vezes, a começar pela organização limpeza e recepção, atendimento nivel Sul funcionários educados, atenciosos, comida maravilhosa sobremesa tinha uma pera curtida ao vinho e recheada com chocolate, sem contar massas saladas, enfim esse Hotel é uma benção de Deus. Funcionários Destaque Paulo, Helena, Reginaldo as meninas da recepção enfim não seria justo não citar todos os funcionários, super indico em São Paulo é o melhor de todos, romântico maravilhoso vale cada centavo não tenho palavras feliz demais🙏
