Located on a shopping mall and close to the city center, 15 mins of a ride. The room has enough space. I spent more than 3 weeks in this hotel and more on several city express hotels so that the breakfast was always the same/similar. Breakfast is enough but not a wide variety.

Please stay away from this hotel. There are plenty of options in Mexico City. Ordered a burger well done for room service. A burger, not a full steak, something easy to cook. The burger was raw in some places and the meat did not look fresh at all. The waiter cane up and demanded payment on the spot. I thought to myself, this is strange. In normal hotels a bill is created and then paid during check out. Also had my jeans and shirt washed. Silly me, why did I think this was going to be a painless existence? I arrived from work and at 8:30PM got a call from the front desk asking me to come down to the front desk to pay! What???? I said I expected to see my clothes hanging in my closet with a receipt like in any normal hotel. Not here. A front desk person came up with a portable card reader, holding my clothes for ransom. Where am I? What is this place? What kind of people does this place usually host that they need to do that? To add insult to injury the temperature controls do not work. The air conditioner is on, it is the winter season in Mexico and although it is not as cold here as in my country, we don’t turn the air conditioner when the temperature outside is 50F. Turn it off 50 times and 50 times it turns itself on again. I thought about calling maintenance. Nope, I will not give them another reason to show me how incompetent they are. Will suffer thru it. Counting the minutes until my check out.

Sometimes there is an argument waiting for you when you book on trip advisor, or booking sites. The contempt of a good deal all together erks people. Not all the time but bring cash for those sometimes so you can to your room in an orderly fashion.

Hotel is located at a small commercial center, loved the availability of whatever you may need really close by. 100% recommended for business trips. If you need an alternative to hotel restaurant for dinner, there are some really close by. My only complain is that there is no bacon for breakfast

Perfect experience. Came to the hotel 4 hours before check-in time after a long day of flying with no sleep, asked if I could rest inside the lobby until it was time to check in, and the ladies at the front desk were super helpful and kind and told me they would let me know as soon as they had a room ready so I could rest. Less than two hours later they gave me a room, which was super clean, as was the rest of the hotel. I rarely write hotel reviews but this was an exceptional experience and I would encourage anyone looking to stay in the area to choose this hotel. Muchas gracias y hasta lluego!

Good business Hotel. Good location in the Naucalpan area. Excellent service from Johana at bar/restaurant. Johana was extremely attentive and hospitable with us. Rooms are clean and staff is courteous. Breakfast buffet is average. Do recommend the Hotel. Dinner menu is extensive, good good and reasonably priced.
