I had my company book a room at this hotel at 10 pm, making clear I would be a late arrival due to multiple weather issues at the airport. When I arrived looking for the room I booked, they told me they gave it away and had no options for my stay. Completely unreliable hotel with reservation staff that is completely unhelpful and rude.

Worst customer service ever. They only care about you if you work for the airlines. Didn’t tell me shuttle is basically for airline employees only. I asked about the shuttle & it was nothing as they said & almost made me miss my flight. . Don’t stay here if you want to be treated with respect.

Close to Porsche experience center. Nice view from room and outdoor areas. Restaurant was just ok with limited choices. Price point was high for the amenities. But location was excellent.
