The staff, management (Kali), and location are stellar. The restaurant quality and menu leave lots to be desired. We overall enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel was right price for 1 night stay. Hotel exterior is pretty for a boutique hotel. Hallways could be brightened up a bit.

The hotel is located in the city center, and it is convenient and fast to call a taxi. The exterior style of the house is very special. There is a small courtyard with some American fabric sofas. The environment is very beautiful, the restaurant is very warmly decorated, and the room is also very large!

ask for a room not on streetside. W. Peachtree St never sleeps. The breakfast is not included. Free coffee though. The bartender was a little morose which put a damper on the cocktail hour. The courtyard is gorgeous and very large. Beds okay, not great. The people are friendly. The concierge parking needs work. It was unnecessarily complicated imho

I have been traveling the last month (June-July) and this is hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed in such a long time. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful. Not your typical hotel staff you imagine but amazing. The rooms were so clean. The bed and pillows so comfortable. The bathroom was up to a cleanly standard. I didn’t feel like I had to double clean. Didn’t have to question if room service touched my items. Angelica was the cherry on top. We had complementary drinks and opted for lattes. 10/10 recommend! They were made perfectly and she was the sweetest. Only downside is parking can be expensive. Thank you Hotel Grenada!

Literally, a perfect hotel stay. From the valet, to check in, to Pom Court service, to food, to the cafe--- everybody on staff was warm and wonderful, the food is amazing, the rooms are so stylish and comfortable, I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Granada. I'm currently trying to come up with an excuse to stay there again!
