Very nice people and place for my 3-day stay in Atlanta. Feeling the hospitality of the city and people who gave me a lot help especially on some logistics arrangements. Also very convenient place to do some quick shopping.

I live in the area and would offen attend the hotel bar restaurant area for drinks and food with friends, This time i went with my toddler and we sat outside , she made friends with another family and while the adults were chatting the girls were out on the grass and drew on the rocks outside with markers , the manager approached the kids on the situation and when I noticed I called the women manager over to see what was going on , she asked could the kids not draw on the rocks and would we like to have paper brought out for them , I said oh no I’m so sorry and no we won’t need any paper , shortly after with out me asking for it the waitress brings me my tab , again i thought it was weird because i didn’t ask for it , they take it and hold it for a long time finally the manager comes out and says they will be putting a hold on my card for possible damage fees for the rocks , me and the family next to me was so alarmed because this was not mentioned prior to taking my card which I find to very sneaky and rude , immediately i said no it’s washable marker and suggested the manager bring water and soap , to see it’ll wash off the rocks , the manager never apologized she bought a bucket with water and i wiped the marker off which you can see in the video I’m attaching , and she just simply shrugged and said ok well I’ll let my director no .. I have never been so rudely embarrassed and disrespected and mistreated and to not even receive an apology ? Is unacceptable and as you can see in the pictures no marker is to be seen because it easily came right off

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying an afternoon tea with my family at St Regis Atlanta and I can confidenly say it was a delightful experiwnce that exceeded our expectations. The food and the selection of teas was impressive featuirng a variety of classic and unique blends. The highlight was the staff: Jaime, Charles and Elizhabet. The service was impecable

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning hotel for a few days . The service, the amenities, the pool, the restaurants are all amazing and worthy of every accolade given. What really makes this hotel stand out is the superior customer service from the wonderful staff. Special thank you to Britney and Freddie at the st Regis Bar, Jeffrey at the front desk, Andre at Atlas, thank you all for your exceptional service, and our beautiful servers at Astor court. They made our stay that much better and we truly appreciate their level of superior customer service. This hotel is a true 5 star hotel, we will definitely be back ,

Our stay here was amazing. We have been staying at Vrbo’s for the past few years & this hotel made me remember all the things I loved about a fine hotel. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. From valet, bellman, housekeeping, pool staff, everyone greeted us with a friendly smile and would greet us by name. The attention to detail was exceptional. The rooms were updated, comfortable and clean. It was quiet and safe. Room service and pool side dining was excellent. Great stay. I would highly recommend this luxury hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

I flew in from Chicago to visit my daughter . I booked the High Tea for us at the St Regis hotel in Atlanta. We were both so looking forward to the whole experience. It was very disappointing. Service, when it finally came was ok. The scones were delicious. The sandwiches were mediocre. Not the usual size or the expected presentation for high tea. The dessert was good. You were only aloud to try one flavor of tea. One of the wonderful things about high tea is trying the different flavors of tea. I have had high tea in Europe and in various states. The Drake hotel in Chicago was a wonderful experience for high tea. Overall dissatisfied and disappointed. For what is served- not worth the price. Also expect to wait at least 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation to be seated. Obviousl

This is our favorite hotel in Atlanta. Very luxurious and the food is spectacular. 5 stars all the way! The high tea was my favorite we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The pool area is also stunning. We prefer this over the other 5 star hotels in Atlanta.

Just spent three lovely nights here.. I don’t how how someone could say this is not a luxury hotel. Been to them all and St Regis is at the top of the list.. They are able to create an intimate setting within a large hotel!! How? First with the personalized, warm , attentive service! Prosecco and Macaroons when you check in.. A warm welcome by Sundae at the front desk! Fabulous concierge service By Marc Michelle and a luxurious St Regis suite! The pool service is immediate and attentive. Our breakfast server Alexandra had a.warm smile each morning. This is THE place to stay in Atlanta!!

Having been a longtime legacy Starwood Platinum member and a lifetime titanium member with Marriott I would have to say service and quality standards have decreased across the board but the St Regis Atlanta is severely lacking. With the upgrades to the property even considering how COVID impacted all hotels. the staff runs the property like a 2-3 star economy hotel. All of the previous staff who made the St Regis Atlanta a destination and luxurious hotel seemed to have moved up and unfortunately didn't give the memo to the new management team. I don't feel the need to ever stay at this hotel ever again as the St Regis brand across the other locations I have visited around the world hasn't gone down in quality like this location.
