Hygiene: Very clean, the waiter cleans every day
Environment: Located in a bustling area of the city center but very quiet, within walking distance of the Georgia Aquarium and the Coca-Cola Museum
Facilities: The equipment is very new and the coffee machine is very good👍
Service: Includes $50 Credit for ByGeorge breakfast on the first floor, super breakfast, dinner tastes very good too👍

Property was great and would definitely stay again. The area surrounding the hotel seemed a sketchy at times with a lot of unhoused people. At certain times during the day it could feel unsafe.

After a long day of traveling we finally arrived at the hotel. The 2 gentlemen at the check in counter were busy chatting and carrying on with 2 half dressed women to wait on us. As we waited to check in we overheard that the girls weren’t even hotel guest, and were there for a party. You need employees that put your customers first.
The gentleman that worked the front door and valets was exceptional! He needs to run the front desk …matter of fact probably the hotel.

We came to ATL for a quick trip, and we had the most amazing stay! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure all needs are met and exceeded! Shoutout to Jerome and Renford specifically for making us feel so special! The room was so unique, comfy and just overall beautiful. We ate dinner downstairs at By George and the food was fantastic, great menu and even better wine selection. We couldn’t be happier with our stay! We will be back soon for sure!

Great location in downtown Atlanta, staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was well appointed and clean. Front desk texted us a map prior to our arrival detailing road closures so we could reach the hotel without issue. Outstanding service!

Amazing hotel and restaurant. Service to the room was fantastic and the hotel is BEAUTIFUL. Jerome gave us the best tour of the vault underneath the hotel where the Coca Cola recipe was kept safe! In the restaurant By George, ask for Rodney, he’s the GOAT

Phenomenal bartenders. Radcliffe was incredible. Me and my brothers were up for trying different bourbons and he gave us great recommendations on what to try and how they differed. Then JP introduced to the tequila and WOW what a night. Will definitely be back when we come to Atlanta. Cheers to a night I can barely remember lol.
