Boardwalk Resorts - Flagship

The hotel itself was very nice clean and quiet love the view of the ocean from the room not to far from the ******s boardwalk access open definitely will recommend for peace of mind and relaxation....

One of my favorite places to be! I love it here. Only thing that would or could make it better would be so sort of ****** action. Actually I just thought about a way to make them stand out from all the other hotels but I don't think printing it here would be a good idea...wonder who I should talk to??🤔🤔

Not great. The only great thing about this hotel is Maria and Omar. Location is not great, away from the main area. Biggest issue is no one explained anything about the resort when we checked in.We couldn't even use the elevator as so different to what we are used to. once it was explained it was easy. We arrived in the evening and no welcome pack in the room. No one showed us where the food shops were so we only had a pack of coffee in the room. No bottled water etc. We had to ask for advice on how to get anywhere and that was where Maria and Omar came to our aid. Went to get a drink from the bar this evening, Around 8 40pm and discovered it was closed 😡😡😡😡. So nothing in the area close by and the restaurant and bar shut. I realise it's not the height of the season but we are still paying guests. Normally in hotels when a bar is closed the night porter can serve drinks and snacks. On a positive note our room is great. But not much good having self catering facilities if you can't buy the food etc. TV not great either,no proper channels to watch films or dramas. No smart TV to watch netflix either especially when there is nothing else to do in the evening. Sorry but we will definitely not be recommending the flagship. Well done though Maria and Omar for all the great advice.

It was cold, and there wss no heat

My stay at the flagship was great. The front desk worker Henderson and Clarissa were Very kind and helpful. My room was nice and clean the bed was a little loud but that’s was ok. Parking was easy and the elevators are very fast. Overall my stay was excellent

Dirty Rooms and toilets not working.

Old outdated hotel that looks like cheap motel. It looks like a motel from scary move. Wall paper was peeling off. Dirty hallways. Definitely not what it looks like on pictures. The only thing that’s nice is view from balcony. The bed is very hard like a cheap motel. Don’t stay and waste your time & money
