It is the best hotel in Atlantic City, with a 270-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean, but it is not as popular as the Hard Rock next door. Compared with hotels in Macau and Las Vegas, the facilities are 20 years behind. The small radio in the room will notify the guests in the middle of the night that the police are looking for the suspect and ask everyone to stay still. It is also a different experience.

Beautiful and LARGE hotel. Reminds me of Vegas! A bit of a confusing layout but after 2 days you will figure it out. Would stay again.

Will never come back. Customer service is just horrendous . Rude employees . Shopping non existent - went to shop with my wife on Saturday night , 9pm- every store was closed ! Upon our arrival , whilst checking in was “greeted” my two professional woman , one with out Panties , the other fall down drunk .
While ******** - I asked pit boss for my players card , was told “ am a little too busy right now “ .
In room dining - ordered two bagels , Sunday morning - two hours later , was told “no record of order “ Stayed in “suite”, room had no robes , or towels . Requested robes - still waiting
Saturday night dinner at their steak house , while walking to our table , walked past table of men , shirtless.
Needless to say , this will be our one and only visit to this “resort “.
