Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and jet tub worked just fine. they made sure we had plenty of towels etc to make our stay comfortable. my wife and I will definitely be staying there again.👍👍👍

The man at the main office is extremely rude & they have moldy rooms. Very unsafe for people who have asthma. Most of the rooms don’t have heat. It’s a mess. They require a $250 deposit which doesn’t state when you’re booking.

FRONT-DESK yelled at us and wouldn’t let us check in after demanding a $200 deposit in cash. This was not listed on the terms when booking they were very rude through us out and refused to discuss the issue rationally.

Thanks to the night staff I forgot his name, on my first night Dec 12 2023, his friendly and always gives directions to wherever you will get something easily. Day shift guy need to learn more about customer approach. My 5night there was okay
