Great service

The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

The location of the hotel is very good, just a few steps to the boardwalk. The hotel service is very attentive, and I have been here for two days to disturb the cleaning. There is a swimming pool downstairs, very clean!

One of my favorite places to be! I love it here. Only thing that would or could make it better would be so sort of ****** action. Actually I just thought about a way to make them stand out from all the other hotels but I don't think printing it here would be a good idea...wonder who I should talk to??🤔🤔

This hotel was exactly what we expected, nothing fancy, definitely no frills, but was well maintained and surprisingly clean. Easy access to boardwalk and ******s.

Hotel is a decent location being right on Pacific Ave in ATLANTIC city. It's right next to the Tropicana but pretty far from next closest ******. This room was actually the worst they ve put us in, the shower had a huge gaping hole for a drain and it seemed as though there were little safety hazards all over, for example the mirror had screws sticking out almost an inch
